Ulundu Bonda (urad dal bonda) is one among the popular South Indian evening snacks. This bonda is made from soaked urad dal and the batter is similar to Medu Vada with little variation. They are soft / fluffy inside and crispy outside. This is a great tea time snack served with coconut chutney / red chutney
If you are wanting to make Soft and Crispy Bonda and haven’t tried yet, here is the recipe Ulundu Bonda (urad dal bonda)
Ingredients : serves : 25 to 30 bondas
Urad dal - 1 cup
(ulundu bonda)
Big Onion - 1 small
Green chillies - 1 m.s
Coriander leaves - 2 tsp
shredded coconut - 2 tbsps
Curry leaves - 10
Ginger - 1 inch
Salt - to taste
