I did it exactly as described in the video and it's crazy. Now I want to know if I was in SATS. I was in a deep trance. I had the ball in my hand, but after a while I didn't notice it, I didn't notice anything around me. I was awake but my body was very relaxed, every now and then I felt the ball and then it was gone again... of course I imagined my wish and it felt so real.
i usually only sleep or feel comfy in my bed while on my back so instead of this i hold one arm up at 90 degrees. easily gets me into that mind awake body asleep state bc my arm will fall once i get tired enough

Happy new year!🎉 I will give my testimonial on this enigma. It was at home late afternoon and just on my bed as I was falling asleep somehow open my eyes and it was in the state half asleep and half awake. And I remember trying to move my hand but didn't see anything moving it was so strange. Then I ask a simple question, "what is consciousness? Then after, I travel to a white bright light and took me to some numbers they were so MANY.! Afterwards I heard a voice, it was as if someone was speaking inside my head. Don't really know what it was but for sure was mystical💙 infinite intelligence? My subconscious mind? Or just God itself? I am here to repeat that event again. Thank You!

This is what Edison did, I think they were called cat naps and he held a steel ball went into silence, and asked a question when the ball dropped he supposedly woke up with the answer. I have done this a bunch of times but I use my cell phone and set an alarm. Cool stuff!
I think the most important thing is truly becoming crystal clear on what we want. Knowing exactly what we want is a huge step in manifesting or creating it. ❤

Dear David, I love you so much! you know, I suffer from depression, my wish came true, thanks to you, I imagined with you how I would feel if it came true. And so, thank God, it is fulfilled, but now I need to move on, but I feel fear and anxiety, I take pills. I listen to other bloggers, including those who say that they are my favorite TH-camrs, but this is a lie, they say good things, smart, important, useful, but depression does not go away, sometimes because of their energy, although I follow their work recommendations, but depression worsens. But when I turn you on, I understand : Here it is!!!! Here is my favorite youtuber!!! depression goes away immediately!!!😊😊😊
Before like always i meditated im the morning before work. It had been raining all day but when i left work to go home i just so happened to look at the sky, it had stopped raining. But what surprised me as everyone around me wss locked lookn at the phone i saw 1 whole rainbow and a half rainbow. I said wow thanks higher being..then i got the urge to get a scratchoff and actually won money...lol. i was in total calibration all day thanks for my start with meditating..😊
Dying to the new self is right, because "each assumption has it's own corresponding world" the new world is populated with the (4th wall break alert lol) "game objects" that correspond to the new concept.
I have experienced this but can't yet do it at will. It's like lucid dreaming except you aren't actually asleep. I meet up with my sister who died. Once I turned into a dragonfly and things like that.
You are spot on. Everyone else I've listened to, don't really know the secret, however, you do. This is exactly how one manifests. I've never done the ball exercise, but I've manifested many times within hours. I'm getting back to doing this, then found your videos yesterday. I don't know exactly why I stopped practicing it consistently, but now I won't stop.

I've read Salvador Dali did the same thing, but used a spoon instead of a ball and placed a bowl on the floor. Whenever he fell asleep the spoon would clank when it fell in the bowl and wake him.
Great videos! These are life changing videos. So I think you can also test if your doing sats correctly if the next day it doesn't manifest that means the next night try it again until it manifests the next day. Its trial and error until you get the hang of it.

What is the ball for? To keep you in SATS? I wonder if this is why i have the best SATS in the shower, when im tired. I feel sleepy but the falling water keeps me there but right on the cusp between awake and asleep… also blocks out 3D interference both auditory and physical
Hey Elmer, so I did everything step by step. I noticed shortly after I said the affirmations I started to fall asleep but I started visualizing random stuff ( this is how I knew I was falling asleep abt to start dreaming) so I quickly changed my thought to my scene and replayed it every 20 secs then stopped for 20 secs. How come when I did this I felt like I was no longer able to really fall asleep? I never let go of the ball but when I was abt to start dreaming I realized that I was abt too. Did I mess up?
No. You didn't. Repeat it. Don't be surprised if you act out your scene in your dream 😉 Stay with it, enjoy it, because it's already done. You get to enjoy it twice: In imagination, and in 3D. So love the process, follow his instructions as best as you can. With consistent practice (daily), you'll improve. ❤
Hello, thank you for sharing all these amazing ways to manifest! Question. How would you apply this is my desire is getting my ideal weight ? Should I picture myself already there or in the process of loosing weight or how should I tell my little story for that loop?
Wow I tried this yesterday and it was so.... I don't know what to say. First I dropped The ball, woke up and thought I messed up. Then I think I almost fell asleep few times, but I was playing The scene I had create over and over.... Then my alarm woke me up in The morning and The ball was gone. Have to look for it when I get back home. Can't put my finger on it, but everything felt different this morning. The time didn't go as usual, I did same things as every morning for the last 4 years, but it took me 20 minutes longer and I got late for work. But no problem, The others at work was late too!
Is it crucial to maintain focus on the mental scene during the exact specific period immediately before you go unconscious? like if you lose that thought in the last moment right before you fall sleep, it won’t work? And so the idea of holding the ball - is it supposed to give you awareness to keep focusing on the scene through the entire drift? So it doesn’t really matter if the ball drop wakes you up or not at this point? waking up doesn’t play a role there or does it?

I tried it...and it worked. I've never been able to enter the "Drift" on purpose before. Is it the ball that helps you keep direction of what's happening? I played some affirmations on really low volume as well. I knew I was going under when the affirmations started fading away. TY

Let's say you're objective is to marry your sp and today some random customer talks about how you look like someone specific who is married to some celebrity...is it like a sign im consciously in the end? Identified w being married in general? They specifically used the words "you look like that woman who is married to that one guy.." then remembers some celebrities name
Birds before land - it’s not good to focus on 3D “signs” You manifested fragments of thoughts around marriage that you are calling a sign. While related to your desire with your SP, it’s a separate manifestation
Update i realized that when we were first dating i told my mom he looked like Johnny depp lmao and that is the celebrity the person mentioned randomly to me!!!

All of law of assumption and the techniques require you to live in the state of having it. A burning desire would indicate you are putting that thing on a pedestal. You have to put yourself on the pedestal
To me the burning desire is step one. Its the initial thing youd like to experience. Have u noticed when u stop caring u usually get that experience? Thats almost equivalent to living as you have it, step 2. Step 3 is it showing and existing in 3d accordingly.
@@alexandrafreed4172 You don’t stop caring about it. Energy flows where focus goes. Would you stop caring about your spouse when you’re married as an example? Lol no. You stop putting it on a pedestal and live in the naturalness of relief that it is done, trusting your inner world is the only truth. You still care for the desire without fixation
This is pretty similar to what is known about the problem solving process of scientists like Thomas Edison and Niels Bohr (less known to the general public). They let their subconscious solve a problem by relaxing in an environment free of external stimuli while holding a ball or marbles. Interesting process, I think this will require some training, though.

Hi!! I have a question about the sats since ive started doing it i noticed i am having difficulty falling asleep after my visualisation basically cant get out of it unless I walk around for a bit - its weird once i stop visualizing my brain is like waiting for more. Im just curious if theres anything i can do to go straight to sleep 😂❤😊😂
Should I sleep right after applying this technique? Or is it okay to do it several times in a day, consecutively, without taking a long night sleep after the application?
I have insomnia, or only need to sleep 2-3 hours, so I can't do SATS. Any advice? I'm just sticking to my other techniques. I have definitely died to my old self last year, and have a burning desire. I can do the mental rehearsal but I can't sleep after. I feel too motivated and excited about doing things in the 3D. The ball technique definitely doesn't work for me...
@@BlossomCCards I can't make it stop. I've been this way forever. I've tried everything and nothing helps just naps when I can. I'll fall asleep to a meditation for 2 hours then I'm awake ready to go.
You can enter a hypnotic state without actually falling asleep. Your insomnia might be caused from either an over active nervous system that can be forced to relax or some past mental trauma. I assume you can dream. If nothing else, you might try and research lucid dreaming. Once you can induce a lucid dream, you are in a SATS type situation where you can control a mental scene and you are already beyond the drift. In fact, it is likely more effective than SATS while your nearly awake.
@@LuckyDragonWinner888 yes, over active nervous system due to current living circumstances and stress. I've had lucid dreams before but not in a long time. I still dream occasionally.
@@gavsnetwork Thanks I'll look into it. I passed out to a meditation and affirmations for half an hour so that's good enough for me. Not everyone needs 7+ hours sleep per night though. I feel totally fine having naps 💜 I'm going to have an early dinner and try it tonight though.

I tried it...and it worked. I've never been able to enter the "Drift" on purpose before. Is it the ball that helps you keep direction of what's happening? I played some affirmations on really low volume as well. I knew I was going under when the affirmations started fading away. TY

I have a question. I did the “Ball Technique” last night as I was getting ready to fall asleep. Do I need to keep repeating it for the same desire until it manifests, or can I go onto another desire tonight?

Let's say you're objective is to marry your sp and today some random customer talks about how you look like someone specific who is married to some celebrity...is it like a sign im consciously in the end? Identified w being married in general? They specifically used the words "you look like that woman who is married to that one guy.." then remembers some celebrities name
Birds before land - it’s not good to focus on 3D “signs” You manifested fragments of thoughts around marriage that you are calling a sign. While related to your desire with your SP, it’s a separate manifestation
Update i realized that when we were first dating i told my mom he looked like Johnny depp lmao and that is the celebrity the person mentioned randomly to me!!!

All of law of assumption and the techniques require you to live in the state of having it. A burning desire would indicate you are putting that thing on a pedestal. You have to put yourself on the pedestal
To me the burning desire is step one. Its the initial thing youd like to experience. Have u noticed when u stop caring u usually get that experience? Thats almost equivalent to living as you have it, step 2. Step 3 is it showing and existing in 3d accordingly.

You stop putting it on a pedestal and live in the naturalness of relief that it is done, trusting your inner world is the only truth. You still care for the desire without fixation

This is pretty similar to what is known about the problem solving process of scientists like Thomas Edison and Niels Bohr (less known to the general public). They let their subconscious solve a problem by relaxing in an environment free of external stimuli while holding a ball or marbles. Interesting process, I think this will require some training, though.

I have a question about the sats since ive started doing it i noticed i am having difficulty falling asleep after my visualisation basically cant get out of it unless I walk around for a bit - its weird once i stop visualizing my brain is like waiting for more. Im just curious if theres anything i can do to go straight to sleep 😂❤😊😂
Should I sleep right after applying this technique? Or is it okay to do it several times in a day, consecutively, without taking a long night sleep after the application?
I have insomnia, or only need to sleep 2-3 hours, so I can't do SATS. Any advice? I'm just sticking to my other techniques. I have definitely died to my old self last year, and have a burning desire. I can do the mental rehearsal but I can't sleep after. I feel too motivated and excited about doing things in the 3D. The ball technique definitely doesn't work for me...

@@BlossomCCards I can't make it stop. I've been this way forever. I've tried everything and nothing helps just naps when I can. I'll fall asleep to a meditation for 2 hours then I'm awake ready to go.
You can enter a hypnotic state without actually falling asleep. Your insomnia might be caused from either an over active nervous system that can be forced to relax or some past mental trauma. I assume you can dream. If nothing else, you might try and research lucid dreaming. Once you can induce a lucid dream, you are in a SATS type situation where you can control a mental scene and you are already beyond the drift. In fact, it is likely more effective than SATS while your nearly awake.
@@LuckyDragonWinner888 yes, over active nervous system due to current living circumstances and stress. I've had lucid dreams before but not in a long time. I still dream occasionally.
@@gavsnetwork Thanks I'll look into it. I passed out to a meditation and affirmations for half an hour so that's good enough for me. Not everyone needs 7+ hours sleep per night though. I feel totally fine having naps 💜 I'm going to have an early dinner and try it tonight though.
