I love NOVA. I’ve put a nice dent in my bottle since I picked it up. To me- Initially smells like a more complex version of the new Escada flanker “Summer Festival” (love that one too). Dry down is more sophisticated though. & definitely more of a Jammy, as you said. Thanks for the video. 👍
Thanks for your honesty. I was really surprised by how much I love Nova as it's supposed to be aimed at millennials. It's super long lasting, it holds up well in the heat and the raspberry is so juicy. You're right though, it's so different from Angel they could have released it under it's own name. I'm intrigued about Mugler's future now it's got new owners.
I really enjoy this one. I love the woody raspberry I get in the drydown and lasts really well for me. I find it's more of a flanker to the 2019 EDT than the original if I look for it. But if they put this in a different shaped bottle and just called it Nova, I don't think I would mistake it for an Angel flanker.
i always looove how you review fragrances.... you explain it so well and you talk about the small and important details... i only have the Eau Croissiere 2020 from the Angel Line... and I am actually excited to smell that one, even though it lacks that ooomph of the original DNA.. that one and the new Iced Star are the ones i want to get my hands on
LOVE A*Men and Angel (and I layer them together!) I just got Angel Nova.....IMO....I don't "get" much of the original Angel dna.....but I still like the scent. "Different" kinda Angel... Looking forward to try the new Angel Iced Star....!!! Not available in USA...yet.
I just bought one here in the us from perfume club! It’s where a lot of people in the UK get theirs and they have a US site rn. I’ll update this comment when I get it :P
Really want to try as it doesn’t have the original Angel DNA. I really don’t like Angel or Alien or Aura. Basically most of Mugler’s stuff. But if this is significantly different I am very curious. Maybe there is a Mugler fragrance for me after all! Well besides their original cologne. Thank you for your review!

It’s so obvious Mugler sold out. This flanker is garbage. Cheap fruity floral crap. I can see young teens who know nothing about fragrances, wearing this crap. I got a large sample in my bag and I threw it out after sampling it.
They really could have gone freaking wild with fruit and made this special. The more I smelled it the more I just realized I wasn’t to impressed. Feels very lazy. At first I thought yeah, I like it. But as I wore through the sample I just liked it less and less.

The tart sharpness threw me off initially but I got used to it and I love it. As a collector, I'm glad I have it💕

My favorite flanker was the Violet Angel. I have a drop left for that needed sniff every now and then. This one sounds great. Thank you!

It just smells like Fruitopia with a hint of musk to my nose...I scrubbed it off at the 3 hour mark 🤓
I am the same with Angel, it smells nice on other people but it's not for me.
