R.I.P. “Trucks”
Completely avoided how they wired those gauges, not to mention they don't come on with the factory switch anymore.
Always liked the Durango/ Dakota prior to the 4.7. Hard to find one in decent shape now and even harder to find one with a 360.
I bet it was Mel who liked all that cheesy stuff like the wing
You know this is old when they talk about the Black & Decker Dust Buster!
Who's got the higher waistline? Stacey or Mel?
Tough call there 😂
Nice job guys 👍✌🏻
Looks like that Durango was the victim of an old JC Whitney catalog
The eBay of the 60s, 70s, 80, 90, and early 2000s lol.
Skip all this bolt-on b.s. & find a Shelby Durango...no excuses there...anyone remember the Shelby Dakota truck? Yes,I know Shelby did Omnis (GLH & GLHS),& early 80s Chargers. 8 )
Styling Concepts was pretty bad.
@@slyane7320 I do, I believe it was a convertible top on it.
@@13Dixiefried YES! There was a Dodge convertible truck, not 100% sure it was a Shelby, but WOW! Thought I was one of the only people that remembered it! Bless the internet!
Mel n Stacy
they should have installed a high-flow cat since they were doing the whole exhaust system.
When I watched it on TV years ago, I thought the same thing 😂
I'm a Ford guy, but I really wish Dodge did a 2 door Charger & Durango. I remember the Charger concept car,it was a 2 door. Heck, they started making 4door jeeps because there was an aftermarket company that was converting stock 2 door jeeps to 4 doors,& the rumor is they saw that & added the 4door version because they wanted that money...I mean, come on man,a 2 door Charger (the way it came originally)would sell like hotcakes!!
Why do the exhaust and headers if your going to leave the stock catalytic converter.
