Everybody hates a smartass so I'll discard smartass mode and just make a comment to ring announcers and more specifically, trainers ~ A proper (Technically correct) uppercut is always done with the entire upper body shoulder and elbow locked solid, like a lump of wood, any sort of fist movement whatsoever is generated by hip thrust only, period ~ Same thing with a left or right hook as the hand is held one hand's breadth away from your shoulder, upper body shoulder elbow etc is literally held as if it's a solid lump of wood and (All) fist movement is generated by pivoting the hips via the feet, it took me six years to basically perfect a left hook and 12 years to perfect the uppercut, it was just a hobby to me ~ Kudo's to the 5' 6" flyweight Gordie who demonstrated the technically perfect right uppercut to me 40 years ago (1979) when he lifted an arrogant 105 kilo x 6' 2" meathead off the ground in front of me with one, took me two months to work out how the hell he done it and six years to get it right, but then, it was just my hobby ;-)

Unstoppable93 I know what you mean , but Badr fought Rico 2 times and both he went with a loss , can’t blame Rico for it or the fact his opponents these days aren’t the big names we were used to see in K1 ... Badr still has to beat Rico , don’t think he ever will , He is past his prime and Rico is very durable , can take a hit and has excellent fitness .. and unbeaten for how many fights ? Rico is the real deal , like it or not ... but if I were to choose whose style I prefer it’s Badr , he is more attractive ( or at least used to be ) to watch with his style ..

Man everytime tyrone throws a kick i get anxiety. His leg snapped against Saki.
It happened once in his career and it was his last kickboxing fight. You can watch all his fight (except for the Saki fight) without having anxiety 😉
