Perfect time, marvel is giving us chilling trailers to enjoy ahead of Deadpool. This is a reminder that although Deadpool can poke fun at the mishaps within the mcu the cinematic side will double down with correcting it and standing on what got them to the multi billions.
I personally thought the cherry blossoms placed this movie a couple months after Ross's inauguration to begin his first term. He would definitely take the opportunity to get the pr with the new Captain America and try to recruit Wilson into the fold. Plus, Ross would relish the chance to establish himself on the global stage with a conflict around Tiamut brewing.

Hello EverythingAlways, I think you forgot some important detail : in the end of the trailer, when the New Cap flys against a plain, I see a second character, similar to the New Cap, flying just next to Anthony Mackie but without the Cap sheild on his back. Do you see it ? Who do you think he is ?

Let's not get ahead of ourselves here. Hopefully it's good. The trailer is exciting. Marvel has fallen off no doubt and with them releasing one movie this year is a good thing. They can make sure their movies are better now. They still can't get a good Blade script. I want the MCU to be great again.
