In Portugal on new years ,throughout the entire day the tvs show some other places from around the world with a different timeline, show places like China,Japan,Australia,NY,London etc,i lived couple years in the Usa,they dont do that as much,they mostly show couple relevant european cities like London or Paris but i think they coulda have showned Madeira..its something im sure the public would like
