I think no. If it's a house I will recommend curtains here as vertical blinds are a bit difficult to maintain and Venetian will be good if you go for wood Venetian.

Yes its more office looking good coz its under company organisation who has to maintain it.
Yes cleaning big curtains is easy in washing machine and can easily change, can even put most expensive weddings dress quality curtain with heaviest hand work possible.
Its Easy to self change .
Those mechanical ones need yo have professional to clean.
