Hi, as you know Altium has an interesting wizard for create rules xSignals. could you you show, how to use the wizard for LPDRR4 using chip MT53D512M16D1DS ( 2x16 bit ) with explanation schematic (net) pins vs names of the wizard. It will be interesting for me. So I have te question about: micron and other manufacturers have rules for PCB for eliminating crosstalk, etc. How to define the rules when it is impossible ? For example minimum track space is 8mil….. but in some short distance (BGA) footprint it is impossible. What is your recommendation?
