Yes, Nobushi's graceful movements also drew me to her but I also loved her voice. Moreover, polearms like the glaive and naginata are my favourite weapons of all time. Although I am a Knight loyalist and Peacekeeper is one of my mains next to Nuxia, Nobushi's elegance and charm never fail to impress. Would love to see Nuxia next on the Why I love series. Great video.
There are some characters I wish weren't gender locked. Varangian's one of them, Pirate's one, Ocelotl too, and a couple more. But I also feel like some characters absolutely shouldn't be anything but their locked gender. Nobushi, afeera, shugoki, lawbringer. And I think it comes down to "Is there a good reason Ubi's doing this? Are they only one gender in the lore?" As two separate questions.
What I like about her is her light attack against plays with revenge because if you keep using her poison and her standback and keep using the poison that revenge shield will go down faster than them getting a kill with revenge!
Nobushi is one of those characters I have a bit of a mixed relationship with. On the one hand, she can be fun to play, has a great kit, and her customization is very nice. I think the reason why I don't play her as much is because of how some people say "She's a complex character and requires more skill to use." While part of that is true, the majority of nobushis I come across resort to bleed, kick, rinse and repeat. Not exactly something "complex." Plus I will never get over how Eskimo Pie said that For Honor would be better if every hero played like Nobushi. So much for a unique and diverse roster of heroes if that ever came to be.
Raven Knight I like for Knights the warden for the same reasons as you the samurai aramusha because his moves are like a snake and ox and also something calming about his astectic and for vikings warlord, highlander or varagigan guard because there my heritage
And nobushi is the female heroe who's the most rooted in reality, female warriors weilding a naginata was very much a thing. There weren't thousands of them but there is enough historical hard evidence to acknowledge that they're more than just a myth or fantasy. Don't get me wrong I love female raiders, valkyries and warmongers because muscle mommies are cool, but the fact that nobushis feel more 'real' and closer to what an historically accurate female warrior looks like definitely adds to the character.
She’s broken.. those s need absolutely nerfed, you can read her kit and she still just gets follow ups to missing attacks, she is a safe, broken gimmick
I’m glad you found some enjoyment to Nobushi and to be fair she does have some awesome aesthetics to her, it’s just her easy bleeds is what killed her character for me and made me dislike her. It’s not fun playing as her or against her if she can spam bleeds like it’s easy. And to me, I find the Samurai faction more or less cocky than they do graceful, and spamming bleed is a sign of cockiness.
Raven we all knew exactly why you liked nobu. Can't fool us 😈

Cant wait for "Why I hate Gladiator" 😅
Fuck Gladiator, all my homies hate Gladiator.
His unrelenting foot fetish
As someone that is unfamiliar with for honor, but a fellow history lover and asthmatics, she is really solid. Really well done raven
You should 100% do every single hero in this video format!
I just might!
@@RavenKnightYT Looks like you didn't :p
Ravenknight: Why i like nobushi.
Me: You like all of us are a simp.
Bladed Polearms are just cool man

Valk as male would be stupid too
Its Just Ubisoft lazyness. All New Heroes are gender licked so they dont have to make two Hero Sprites and Armor variants
@@jankaigailus6702which is one of the most annoying things as of recent

Most other kits are the same way for each hero, there’s only so many moves and combos you can do
Every other hero fights, nobushi dances

That something was the coin flip & we all know it.
raven i gotta question. how do you deal with nobushi haters
Could we potentially get to see some of your sword collection in the future?
Here and listening
I think the next hero should be the Incredibillis Centurion
I can attest that Nobushi is indeed slippery to fight against. She can delete you in heartbeat if you're not careful.

You talking about nobushi or shinobi, shaolin and orochi?@@Snotzalotz
Cool video raven
Her masks looks like something out of absolver especially her default one.
Because she’s hot
Nobushi is best girl and comes from a time when Ubisoft actually knew how to make women look like women (with a couple exceptions.)
Raven, guess WHAAAAAAT New Nabi Helm with this season that loses the makeup!
'Asain persuasion' 😂
Could you talk about black prior next he's my favorite
Good day.
Before you've mentioned you're Baptist on your channel and I was curious why you choose them and how you found them. Please and thank you.
