This workout gives you an overview of our Workout Insider with Desert Lights Gymnastics in Chandler, Arizona. You'll see the top group of level 10s and elites during a September training session, including work on all four events. The gymnasts are working on specific skills and combos to get ready for preseason intrasquads.
