    Ingredients:
    ½ Kg Boneless Chicken ( Breast meat) cut into small cubes
    Marinate with:
    Salt to taste
    ½ Tsp Pepper
    1 Tsp Soya Sauce
    1 Tsp Green Chilli Sauce
    ½ Tsp Ginger Garlic paste
    3 Tbsps Cornflour
    2 Tbsps Maida
    A few drops of water
    Oil for deep frying
    For the Gravy:
    2 Tbsps Oil
    1 inch Ginger ( julliens)
    4 cloves Garlic - chopped fine
    4 Green chillies- sliced diagonally
    3 Tbsps Coriander Leaves- chopped fine
    1 Tsp Soya Sauce
    1 Tsp Chilli Sauce
    Salt to taste
    ½ Tsp Pepper
    2 Capsicums- cut into squares
    Cornflour Slurry ( 1 Tbsp Cornflour and water)
