Yupp! Most of the moves are just basically dodge and hit. Boss is really hard and bad at first look, but once you get to know and figure out how to dodge his moves, he is just a dummy waiting to be hit.
I've tried a few times while practicing, it seemed like not possible, or at least not so easy to do. Charge attack has very big hitbox, vertical and horizontal, so jumping i-frames probably are not enough.
Dodge to side, slightly towards behind him, that should work. Also try to learn the timing as strictly as possible. Right before hog's horn touches you.

You made this look so easy. My scadutree blessing was 11+ and was rune level 200+ and had tiche and still died to gaius several times.

Beautiful to see. Would be curious if you can strafe jump his charge as the hit box on it seems incredibly tight.
