I like your safety procedures. They appear to cover a lot of bases from proper lifting, vehicle safety, job layout and crew function to environmental assessment and hazard identification. I worked for Dowell years ago and remember a lot of the oilfield work and hazards of a physically demanding job. I then went to work for a large electrical utility and ended up on staff as the Safety Supervisor for power generation. I then achieved my Board Certification as a Safety Professional from the American Society of Safety Engineers. The reason I mention this is because I recognize and appreciate your program to protect your workers, well done!
The money spent is nothing compared to the money earned. Not just for one person or one group either but many people getting a good pay off of one job. Even simply owning the land and letting a crew work it being the land owner gets you a monthly check for as long as that well produces.
