Donna Donut is on her way to me. I like the yellow, yellow blonde hair. It reminds me of Simply Mango. I also like that her makeup is so subtle. I feel like she looks a lot like older Blythe dolls. Probably just my perspective, but I think she is simple but cute.
I am super excited for the strawberry girl. I love the fantasy hair colors, and strawberries and hats. Like you, I am not a fan of the ankle strap shoes. They are a hassle. I see a pair of boots in her future. 🤣 Fun video and 2025 sounds very promising.

I hope that you feel better soon Tammy. I too can’t buy every doll. I have a vision for every doll I see, however I can’t buy all of them. I don’t have a centre parting doll yet, but haven’t ordered Kendra. I’m not sure yet. If I did order her from JM, the customs letter will arrive the weekend I’m away, and this will delay her delivery. If I order from Cct the doll could arrive while away and could get left outside my house. I haven’t decided on Donna. However I can’t buy another doll right now anyway. I have pre ordered strawberry
Well, that is frustrating for you, but I think Heavenly is a great doll and you'll love her.
I loved the idea of a book themed Blythe but the execution is a bit of a let down. She is definitely nice enough and I'm sure people will love her but for me it feels a bit lazy to just have a dress with a book print on it. The book bag however is amazing! Also, would it have killed them to have given us a black haired doll with a bob for this release? Also Dark Academia is still a thing (I think) so they really could have gone down that Professor/Librarian route like you suggested, imagine her with glasses and earthy colours, maybe a long cardigan or a tweed blazer.
Oh and spoiler alert - I pre-ordered Heavenly Strawberry as soon as she became available. Also I'm totally here for another dark skinned Blythe girl.
Heavenly Strawberry has your name on her! Yes, dark academia would have been the perfect look for her. Just not enough imagination shown with this doll.
Hi Tammy, No you aren't the only one who is not feeling her as much as before. I was really looking forward to maybe getting her but after seeing her pictures I wasn't sold. maybe I need to see an unboxing? I dunno. Thanks for the update video! Unfortunately I'm not sold on the new strawberry girl either.
I'm sure she looks great in person, but at this point, I need a wow factor.
I have been thinking of purchasing my first stock Blythe. I’m not as impressed with Bibliophile as I thought I would be. I think I still really like UR4ME. She just seems classier and more unique. Thanks for the update. I hope you are feeling better and glad it is “just” Covid. I was afraid when you said “big C” - cancer. ❤️
Oh, I did not think about that, wow, yes, just covid luckily. UR4Me is a great release. My sister has her and really likes her, and she comes with an extra outfit, which is nice.

Kendra is cute, but I get what you are saying about her. They did miss the mark a tad. As far as what I would like to see in the future? I would love to see a tan doll with light hair ready for the beach!!!!!

I hope that the chocolate blythe has another lip shape or facemold... Would love to get her then. I thought these days that I need another '20 years of love' as I love the darker skin tone so much. 😊
They seem to be using the same molds these days, but we can hope.
