Definitely not as a beginner. But in a few years for sure. I am currently learning it since a few months now and it is playable. The sax solo is a bit tricky but with enough time and practice it will be possible aswell.

If you feel those sections sound wrong with C's, then change the arrangement to D's to make it sound better ; )
after giving you this comment I went on some more videos and even live performence to get sure that I'm right and even in the original song it sounds like a D. you can hear it very well because It doesn't fit in the common pattern it's actualy the first brigde tune to get to the chorus. try it out and lissin because I think it even feels better when you are lissining.
