Your belt is routed incorrectly. Go straight from the alternator to the water pump non rib side on the water pump pulley then go around the crank pulley the the power steering pump and ac. Other wise the distance from the crank pulley to the alternator is to long and you will get noise. If you do this you will find the belt you need is a 715k6 duralast belt. It is shorter than the one you have. Try it the routing is key
Oh I read that incorrectly I thought you said bolt not belt haha but as far as the belt that was the hardest part , I ran a string through the pulleys as if it was a belt and cut it once it went all the way around , I measured it and got a few sizes over and under , I sold the car if I had it I could look at the part number but 71 sounds right

I had this setup for about a year running fine man , no noise just had to make sure the belt was tight when adjusting

It all depends on the accessories your running but it should block is the same
