Where did you get that replacement cable? I need one. My blade 15 base model (early 2020) - rz09-0328 has a loose power connector, it only charges if I put a pen or something under the cable where it connects to the laptop. Item or model number? please

Brother, I have a model 15 base, I replaced the battery because it suffered a discharge, but apparently the charger was also damaged, if it didn't work with a charger, where can I send it to you to check it?, thanks brother! !
Do all blade 14-15 have power connector on wire like that ? Or are there soldered ones ?
I am thinking to buy a Blade and I wouldn't want one with soldered power connectors.

This was a great video and helped me find my issue. Where did you get this part? The male end of my power jack is melted. Seems like a simple fix (like you demonstrate in this video), but I can’t find a part anywhere... Recommendations?

I have this exact issue on my Razer. I can't find replacement jacks anywhere and since I'm out of warranty I can't get any help from Razer. Do you have any tips on how to source that new conector? I'm really close to trying to replace it with a different model port, I need this thing to work!

Hi @lapfix i have a razer 14 2022, and i left my laptop on untill it went to sleep mode "i assume" cause it was updating the last windows 11 update, then 1 day later i tried to turn it on but the laptop is blinking green led indicator and in a slow rhythm but the laptop is not turning on, but at the same time i feel heat from the laptop while im charging the laptop " assuming that the battery was drained" i tried the hold power button for 10 seconds and still nothing.
Please help me get a fix for this, its a 3 month old laptop !

Sorry guys, same happened to me. The part is propriety.... Razer won't sell it to you and you cannot find it. You can't replace the port. Screw Razer. You can however repair the port which is what i did.
