10/10 install video I have done plenty of my own soddering wires for a more secure connection over the years, but for personal mods, not for a living. Thanks for the detailed steps and showing the liquid tape and soddering paste, I never knew about those two things I put these sidemarkers on my sister's car as a suprise, at the moment of writing this she doesn't know yet, I'm suring she would really love them, because I do
Just want to thank you guys for the great detailed video. I did the mod for one of my cousin’s and I had the video playing in real time. Made it easier to follow.
Thanks Raymond! We wanted to make it as natural and easy to follow, no big cinematic shebang as I've tried before with other videos. Glad people are liking this approach!
Hello came across this video as I’m trying to connect my side markers into my headlight thing is in your video you showed for the halogen and I switched out my halogens for the led aftermarket version and I have sequential on those as well now all my wires are black and red on the plug for my headlights with wire do I tap into for my white light and for my sequentials on my side markers to work ? They only turn amber.
In the demo video on the website it showed that not only were the side markers sequential but also the turn signal and the turn signal on the side mirror. How can we set that up as well ?
Might be a dumb question. My factory side markers do not light up when the door opens. However I just ordered the smoked W/ white & sequential. I know the bulbs work because as running lights they stay on. Does TSP or anyone else know if this is a setting within the infotainment system? 2019 Civic sedan SI
The paste helps to attract the solder to all parts of the joint and ensure gaps are filled. As long as you have a tight solder with no spaces and secured it well afterwards you should be ok.
Am going to order a pair but got a question the pre ordered that you have (Smoked with Amber LED (Pre-Order OPEN for late January Delivery!) Are this have only the Amber color or it has both white LED and Amber colo for sequence ?
You mentioned all July and December 2020 orders on the smoked white side markers are being upgraded for free. Does this include the months between July and December of 2020? (As I purchased mine in September of 2020). I still want to pick these ones up to upgrade the current standard smoked white side markers I have but if you're offering a free upgrade, can't really beat that!
Yeah ill stick with the non turn signal variants😂 knowing myself id fuck something up. You guys make it look easy though but i know its not as it looks😂

Well, doing anything improperly can. Any dealership has to prove the modification was the actual reason for warranty concerns. How we show is how a professional job should be performed :)

Fully disagree with people saying this is an overly long video - this is perfect. Thank you for making this real time.
I just installed these side markers to my car these instructions were perfect and the markers are amazing and thank you guys so much for what you do
Thank You Jason! Love seeing the originals and now these on your R :)

Just what I needed, thank you for such a detailed demonstration, little more confident I won't screw it up 😊
Worked perfectly. these side markers are slick.
So far the best looking.
Thank you!
I got my side markers from you guys last week Friday and installed it with ease. Love the product!!!
sweet. can’t wait to get this done when mine comes. as always, we appreciate everything y’all do. much love from va
much love from Toronto!! :)
Just finished the install on my civic si coupe 👍🏻 thangs looking cleannnn
The best looking side marker. Thanks for the detail steps.

A really neat job lads.
Can you make an adapter so we don’t need to go through the curing wires process😢
Could've went with the Amazon specials, but I decided to patiently wait for the Unity V3s. Looking forward to receiving them. Hopefully soon. 😊
When back in stock?
i installed mine but my turn signal doesn’t react, what did i do wrong? i tapped into the correct wires and all.
What type of LED bulb do they use?
@khimaniz - are you the mechanic? This is a great video. Do you have any others for 10th gen civics?
Hello came across this video as I’m trying to connect my side markers into my headlight thing is in your video you showed for the halogen and I switched out my halogens for the led aftermarket version and I have sequential on those as well now all my wires are black and red on the plug for my headlights with wire do I tap into for my white light and for my sequentials on my side markers to work ? Is it okay to just skip the soldering part and just heat shrink the wire?
anyway to do this without soder
In the demo video on the website it showed that not only were the side markers sequential but also the turn signal and the turn signal on the side mirror. How can we set that up as well ?
I believe for the headlights you need to get custom ones, I believe they have those on the site and side mirrors also custom
Correct, both the headlights and mirrors are aftermarket ones that we carry on the website
JW, Do you have these side markers for 2019 odyssey?
How’s would i install these without the sequential feature? Should i cut the remaining wire and wrap it with electrical tape
Correct, you can do that if you don't want to use the sequential turn signals
Great video! What kind of tires are you running? Size? Rubbing issues? That is the original stock rim right?
Hey, this is a customer car. I believe it's a totally stock 2020 Si :)

Which wire to splice for 10th gen civic si?
do i really have to use the soldering and water tape? or just the electrical tape is fine?
you can use electrical tape, we've just showed what's above and beyond
I did this without the paste. Did I need to do it with paste and should I go redo it?
The paste helps to attract the solder to all parts of the joint and ensure gaps are filled. As long as you have a tight solder with no spaces and secured it well afterwards you should be ok.
Am going to order a pair but got a question the pre ordered that you have (Smoked with Amber LED (Pre-Order OPEN for late January Delivery!) Are this have only the Amber color or it has both white LED and Amber colo for sequence ?
can i just use a T-tap connector?
yes you can

Do you have to disconnect the battery when doing wiring ?
No, not required
do we have to sodder the wire?
No, you can use the included quick connect clips. However, they aren't as corrosion resistant as the soldering method.
Can you use heat shrink and put a wire loom over
Yes you can :)
Yeah ill stick with the non turn signal variants😂 knowing myself id fuck something up. You guys make it look easy though but i know its not as it looks😂
I turned on my car and they only light up amber, did I splice to the wrong wire?
And they don’t react with the turn signal

When will these begin shipping for the customers who ordered last year? They look fantastic.
Yes sir! Getting ready to send Monday :)
"i'm gonna cut off about 2 inches", cuts 6 inches.
I think that will void your warranty.
