Quality vs Quantity:
1) Consult your audience. They're the real bosses. Let them vote.
2) "Quality" is subjective. What the podcaster feels is mediocre material (or guest) may be very interesting/entertaining for the audience.
3) People who are bored (Anyone on TH-cam, ישיבה בחורים, etc.) aren't looking for major "quality." Popcorn isn't fine wine; Yet people love it.
4) A good podcaster is by definition enlightening and entertaining.
If talk show hosts on the radio can talk every day for 2-3 hours and people listen, so can Shmuli.
People who are bored can be easily entertained, there's no need for significant "Quality"

I would vote that Shmuli should do a podcast twice a week with random people, than once every two weeks with big knockers.

No. They should NOT work together. They have very different personalities and ways of thinking. Let each one develop his own ideas and products independently. It's not always smart to make one big כלאים chulent. I specifically like Shmuli's style and personality. Let it be.

Shmuli you're 100% right. Don't let Raab try to be you מחנך (😂!!!). Every person is interesting. Every person has a story. You have a keen and mature sense into human psychology. Trust yourself. Your idea of potentially bringing on people who pay is perfectly fine.

@@VividMediavideos politics we mean also in the broader sense, happenings in klal yisrael, super off limits. Kolmevaser follows a very strict line of what can go on the hotline and what not
It's something deeper, could be its for good reasons,like to avoid lashan hara rechilus etc. But that makes a Yiddish podcast very limited in what to discuss

I would debate the results of whoever said the second most stressful job is video editing and the first is military service. Military service has its difficulties, but I wouldn't say that it's "stressful" in the way that some more mundane but difficult jobs are, in the sense that for the most part, the decision making is not there, you just do your daily job and everything else in your life is decided and taken care of for you. Also, to be honest, the vast majority of members of every military are "jobnikim", pogues, non-combat personell, and even for combat personell 95% of your time is non combat, and the workload and ability to just do a minimum and not have such stress is higher than in any non military and non gobernment job. just a he'ara

Respectfully disagree with Pinny about consistency: The biggest non-Jewish podcasters always say consistency is key. If you know your favorite podcast comes out Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, it becomes your routine.
That’s true for now, only in the non Jewish market, since there is an overflow of content, with literally millions of creators fighting for the same eyeballs.
But it's better to come out a little later with one then putting out something that people will just change their minds on your podcast
