You would discharge the water from a hose into an empty bottle or you can select the optional upgrade for an auto drain which would allow you to direct plumb the waste water to the drain pipe.
To reset the error code simply press and hold the select button on your Clave 23 and it will reset the error. Please give us a call for further trouble shooting at 905-799-0517.
If it's for a Clave23+ than you can press and hold the select button (*Diagonal Arrow) until it clears and then turn the unit on and off and start the new cycle.

Unfortunately that is not a Flight Model Autoclave you'd have to contact the original manufacturer to trouble shoot.
