All that junk food, smdh. VEGETABLES, MEAT, FRUIT! (Hotdogs aren't meat). Nothing coated (nuggets), nothing fried. NO "diet" pop. No processed snacks, no seed oils. NOTHING that will elevate glucose!
    Example:
Breakfast, Mash avocado w/ tbsp EVOO, tsp minced garlic, salsa, (coffee optional).
Lunch, can or two of sardines or chicken, V8 juice.
Dinner, steamed vegetables w/shrimp, hamburger or other meat. NO bread, corn, potatoes, pasta NO STARCHES.!
Maybe a bottle of Berberine, 100mg/3 times a day.

@@HarryJensen-kr4qz I'm working on it. It's kind of hard when you have a food addiction

@@Lifewithambie Foods not an addiction baby, it's a necessity. Sugar is addictive, but it's not a food. Sugar has many names.
Fresh or frozen vegetables/meat is easy, no lables to decipher. Fruit has natural sugars which isn't as bad, but still sugar. Don't eat fruit close to a meal (at least a 2 hour gap) or it'll send fat from your meal straight to fat cells.
