Rickybobby 03 : Numbers are created using a random number generator. They included instructions that would create predictable results on specific days with certain parameters
@@leland818 Interesting, the drawings are not random, they are manipulated. I have to wonder if the number generator calculates to avoid purchased tickets? How can a random event be considered fair if it is manipulated?
Church of Organic Life : my explanation was flawed. In the normal course of business, the random number generator works entirely as designed (which there are plenty of library‘s to reference an audit to find the closest random - pseudo random generator without other hardware) What happened in this case was that on every day of the year that did not meet on “exclusion date“ the random number generator would operate as normal. If the date of the draw fell on one of three “exclusion dates“ the software would first check to see what the time of the draw was, and if the draw fell after 8 PM it would have the code shift the process and workflow to another module to geneate the numbers based off of an algorithm, not the RNG. The system was designed to operate “by spec”all but three days per year… Yet on the three days per year it could operate differently, they had to fall on a specific day of the week, and if they film that specific day of the week the drawing had to be past 8 PM. So unless everyone of those parameters were fulfilled, the system use the audited and very efficient random number generator. HOWEVER: if all of these fariables were met, The code generation function would bypass the random number generator and use a rather complicated algorithm, which while still appearing random, use multi variable functions that could be calculated by any third-party who knew the structure of the algorithm of self and those parameters that felt into it. These guys could not predict every winning ticket… But if it fell on one of their magic days, and with the right day of the week, and it was after 8 PM, they are little hidden program or DLL Spohn the numbers and they could therefore look at their worksheet and calculate what that number would be for the night

Ah by him getting caught by rigging the computer is a good thing because it shows that there is no randomness involved but that a code is running which determines the numbers. Such irony.
The Iowa Hot Lotto drawings were not televised and did not use a ball machine. The numbers were generated by a computer using random number generating software and then the public was told the winning numbers.

@@1USAUSA you mean he was selected by the elite right. You dont win randomly you win selectively! do not believe these liars they are con artists for a reason, and the government are in bed with them!!!!!
He tipped the odds to his side, I love it😂😂😂😂
How could anyone recognize someone by their voice from work when that person only worked there a few weeks? My guess is the FBI had his name and needed an excuse to go after him so they simply took his voice to where he worked and got someone to say yeah that's him..
😳 my head is spinning 🤯. This was a very perceptive investigation . This took a genius mind to formulate and solve.
When is the movie coming?
Why are there scenes from Red Dead Redemption 2 in here? When John builds his house
Because it’s the best game ever made
Why are they still doing lotteries? That’s free money to the gov
Area 51 you just answered your own question.
Yes
If lottery numbers are picked randomly, how can a computer effect the results?
I was thinking the same thing. If the balls are random that get blown into the tube then how could he even be close to getting the right numbers. Sounds like a system update needs to be done. That way normal people can win and not millionaires. O wait that will never happen because they always want more no matter what.
In the normal course of business, the random number generator works entirely as designed (which there are plenty of library‘s to reference an audit to find the closest random - pseudo random generator without other hardware)
What happened in this case was that on every day of the year that did not meet on “exclusion date“ the random number generator would operate as normal.
AYE THATS THE QT I WORK AT 😂All my older co workers tell me about that 😂😂😂😂😂 dude it’s like a story that’s handed down to each new worker
Wow Just wow!
Soooo its FIXED, I’m shocked call 911
Lol
This explains why lotto close an hour before the # are revealed. When it only takes less than 30 seconds for the balls
to drop!!!!!!! !!!!!!
When you have computers that can count in nano seconds the scam is on $$$$$$
Wow I hope the lottery isnt fixed by the government like that! :(
No the questions is was he exposing that the Lottery is truly a total scam where numbers are really picked by a computer meaning the Lottery is illegitimate, not some machine spitting out some Numbered Balls randomly.
YUP 100% A SCAM TO RIP YOU OFF PERIOD, IF YOU WIN YOU WERE SELECTED TO WIN NOT RANDOM!!!! NOTHING IS EVER RANDOM WITH GOVERNMENT AND MONEY!!! IF YOU BELIEVE THEN YOU ARE WHAT CUSTOMER THEY ARE LOOKING FOR!! Naïve!!
Damn gotta be careful!
Me: We've Won, we've Won!
Manager: Wait lemme see the machine.
OMG sorry machine malfunction!
FBI: What, you seriuos!?

Maria Corazon Nava yep that happened to me in Vegas when I won $100,000 on a slot manager said can’t pay as machine malfunctioning seemed strange as it was taking my money without malfunctioning 🤬

Miami Wave good point
the balls are genarated by a computer i played and study the lotto you will never in history will see the same numbers that already won twice
Jeeeezzzz, that computer guy, friend, of Tipton, Rhodes, is a real computer boffin. Wow....a smart guy. 😅

You see this and still playing lottery tickets 🧐 This me still buying lottery tickets 😂
Is this occurring elsewhere in those countries with minimal supervision of their lottery games.
What is success? I think it is a mixture of having a flair for the thing that you are doing; knowing that it is not enough, that you have got to have hard work and a certain sense of purpose.
Ah by him getting caught by rigging the computer is a good thing because it shows that there is no randomness involved but that a code is running which determines the numbers. Such irony.
Its a total scam, they wont let the poor win ever.
Make this shit a movie now. And I will pay to see it. Lollll
Who’s with me?
Need more Guys like him..
I would’ve gotten it in seconds instead of waiting and not cashing out
I need to do a Tipton on the California lottery, with out the jail time
Deals with a lot of Bills Tommys Roberts and all smh lol
The Iowa Hot Lotto drawings were not televised and did not use a ball machine. The numbers were generated by a computer using random number generating software and then the public was told the winning numbers.
This is something out of the world🤩🤩
Videos like these tell everybody what not to do to get caught 😂😂😂😂
Well the thief stole from the thiefs they should throw them all in jail.
All I heard was ..... the numbers aren't random... the computer chooses what numbers to play, and I based on what was purchased.
There's always a fall guy to ease the public, while the real crooks hit the big jackpots and use a agent to claim the prizes🧐
yup what i was thinking too CIA is out of control!
