Is nobody going to talk about toilets in Taiwan? They prohibited you to throw tissues in the toilet bowls because of the old sewerage systems, yet they do NOT have a single bidet in all of their toilets! Instead, they have a little basket (no lid mind you !) for you to throw your USED tissues OMG☠️
I lived in sg for many years le. We actually do have bidet just that it’s in household toilets but not public toilet. 😮 it comes together with the house😅
From what I observed so far - only the last cubicle have bidet. I hardly see any bidet in the rest of cubicles.. I think one of the reason is to keep the toilet dry..

speaking of people using phone while doing their business, sibeh beh song walao weh, when other user wanted to use the toilet and that fellow spend like 30min doing their business and there is only 1 toilet.
