Surreal experimentation, and a lovely physical environment. Awesome, my friend. PS. Love the little plant at the bottom of the bed..
Many thanks, still adapting to the new spaces but I can't complain :)
Oh yes, this was great! Love the organic percussion and the different textures. So nice!
Thanks for listening
Giving so much thanks! I love the experimental nature. When I saw it’s 15 mins plus 😍 beautiful journey of sound. Great light in your place.
Glad you enjoyed it jon! The light is not as gorgeous as the Brooklyn apt, but can't complain!
Fantastic vibe. I watch all of your vids Oora, and this is the best jam yet. Thank you for sharing your art and the inspiration.
Wow, thank you!
Love it as always!
Thanks!!
Love the slow movement and flow. Whenever I perform I feel like I should move on, so know this is hard to do :)
is a common problem. I still need to learn to let music breathe.
love how you take your time with this. dig this camera angle too.
thanks!
The arrangement worked really well. The intro had nice Mika Vainio vibes, with the most underrated synth sound - just sines. The Perfourmer reminded me of the synth I most regret selling, my Arp Odyssey. There's something cosmic about those kinds of synth tones. Loved that satisfying kick / tom tones, very rice crispies, snaps, pops. Then, nice how those drippy poppy percussions linked back to the intro drippy noises. The bizarre pitched vox were a nice touch too, somehow brought to mind some classic early eerie film, Hitchcock or something. Ending on those concrete sounds was well thought to. Reminds me of a composition teacher who taught me that even if a piece returns back toward where it came from ... it should be at most, familiar, but should always feel different somehow.
Thanks for your message Desmond, its always great to know how my music touches people in different ways!
Ciao
Bloody hell ! Nuts ! Marvellous work
thanks Martin
Love your improvisations! ❤️
Thanks!!
Nice one! You always sell me on the PERFourMER every time! Haha

@@OoraMusic PerFourmer MkII with CV and Gate? So tempted! Yummy!
❤
Awesome as always!
Thanks again!
Wow what a nice performance ❤️
thanks!!
Beautiful jam brother. Can you suggest any cheaper hardware alternatives to the Avalon bassline to achieve these laid back acid lines you create?
You're a genius, mate!!!
:) thanks
Wonderful
Thank you! Cheers!
fuego! great work!
gracias!
Awesome
thanks!!
Beautiful. love how you use 303.
thanks mate!!
Love your Perfourmer pieces. I wonder how close you can get to its sound on the Syntakt's analog VCOs.
I guess it can go similar, I just need the manual controls tho!
damn. when kick hits too.
:)
Looking to do something similar with my Matriarch and new Syntakt, this is good inspriation!
great combo!
What Controller are you using on the right? Amazing 😊
I'm literally digging through the comments trying to find the answer to this question also

percussion game strong Federico :)
:)
Real nice. Your space is far tidier and more organised than mine hah.
he‘s on vacation in Italy ;-) but the homestudio looks also clean, maybe a must for working professionally efficent
Haha. I'm fucked then.
I need to keep it tidy otherwise I can't do anything. I clean basically every day
@@OoraMusic same here
so cool how your tracks slowly get fatter and fatter until they explode
I like to feed them well :)
Really nice jam, normal i dont hear this Kind of genre👽.But u make a good job .like it❤️
Whats Laguna? Oora ya name ,maybe track name?
Best regards from Vienna ✌️ 🇦🇹
thanks, honored! laguna is the name of track
great as always. may I ask: what kick sample are you using? is it a sample exported from your rytm/ST? or a sample pack? do you tune your kicks?
99% of my samples are from Samples from Mars, I tune them in the octatrack. This was either a filtered 808 or a cr78!
@@OoraMusic awesome, thanks
Hey what camera setup do you use for recording? Maybe this could something you can put into the description as affiliate link as well
its an old canon 5d mk3, need to upgrade :)
10:05 mmmm.... 😌
:)
Federico, play one more! 😋💚
I will :)
What is your setup? Love your work.
Its what you see here 99% of the time :)
What is that black box below the Microcosm, next to Octatrack?

Why do you use the Octatrack instead of the Oxi?
probably also the fact it samples and has a performance slider.
Yeah Octatrack is a different thing. Its great to add those samples and use the onboard effects. I used to have one for many years. Just got an OXI and its so good i damn near cried. Its sequencing ability is incredible. Is truly inspiring. So thankful he demonstrated it.
@@stephanrewind why so bitter?
@@Noise-Maker living near Kiel by any chance?
@@stephanrewind come on dude, its not gone, he still has it, don't be such a hater, sure he will use the oxi soon again, this is just his trusty setup with which he developed his signature sound, and OT also serves as a mixer in this setup + sampleplayer. Good work @ooramusic!
