the inner velcro is to be combined with the inner belt that you would put through your belt loops and to wear the AGB over it. First Spear makes the Base Belt however i wear mine with the HSGI inner belt. it makes for a very easy release. specially if your on down time and you gotta hit the crapper! im in love with the belt i wear it everywhere
+CHAPEL235 Afraid they're not AFAIK. I have a custom made loop covered trouser belt, the FS AGB sleeve that goes around the belt in the video has hook inside to interface.
+REMF Tacticool One last question if possible, size wise I am a 34" I know the norm is to go up a size when running an inner with an outer system as well as after you've added your mags and holster on they take up some space. Would it be safe to say go up a size?
The AGB does have loop inside, but the AGB sleeve has hook inside; look it up on the FS site. I'm the same waist, Large would be the one to go with ideally.
Aren't trouser sizes usually also based on actual waist diameter? Maybe that's an american thing, but anyway the FS belt comes in 4 sizes with associated inch measurements (4 inch increments).
Thanks. I know my pant size is 32 but my actual waist diameter is 36. I spoke with FS customer service, she said to go by actual inch measurement. so i ordered a large.
REMF Tacticool Just got the belt in the mail today. It is a very nice quality piece.However the sizing is off. I guess the sizing does go by your pant size. The large is just about 4 inches to big for me at its smallest size. I called FS customer service again, and exchanged it for a medium. Very good customer service at FS.
Well that is odd, doesn't tally up with my experience to be honest, sorry about that. On the plus side FS is always dead on when it comes to sorting these things out so good to hear that's still the case.

+vahebaldemian Yeah since I recorded this a couple of years back I've got myself a velcro inner/outer setup, definitely the way to go.
the loop on the inside of the belt is to interface with the First Spear missing link molle attachment thingies, seems like a pretty smart idea.
Good call yeah, I didn't think of that. Might have to pick some up, as you say they should work quite nicely.

Coyote, not 100% sure if that's the exact name FirstSpear give it and their site is down right now so I can't check, but I'm fairly certain.
