LA was a real live Purge movie in the 80's. Riding the RTD (Rough Tough and Dangerous) down Manchester to Crenshaw I had a front row seat to the wars during the 80's. I will never forget it a day in my life.
RTD! Yes, I remember. I was young during this time in LA, looking back at those times, it was a miracle that I survived. Drugs, gangbanging and serial killers praying on women who were cracked out.

1983 i was 16 an it was my Junior year of high school ALL i could think about back then was graduation from high school in 1984 an moving 2hrs south to Los Angeles!. Yes there was a Tone of bad thing's going on back then BUT i sure do LOVE an Miss my decade the 1980s.
This is factual Kev, I was getting out of high school then and I lived on 74th between Hoover and Figueroa and it was definitely cracking back then!!!! I had relatives that lived in surrounding areas as well as Wester, VanNess and Cresnshaw!!!!! It was definitely cracking!!!!!!!
I went from moving to the Land 59th pl between Hoover and Fig, (from St Louis '82)to Manchester across from Westchester, to Victoria and Olympic!!! Caught that 210 to 115' Erday from Late '83 to late' 86 SAW AND HEARD A LOT 💯💯💯
