I have been receiving fake orders from my facebook ads from same 3 users. It's wasting my ad budget. How do i prevent these users from making orders? Thank you
In fraud filter app settings, block specific IP addresses, email addresses, or names associated with these users. Target ads to only specific countries. Block certain countries in shopify, which you don't want to sell or ship to
@@ecomhardy Thanks for the reply Fraud filter is not available for me or showing my in my app store. Could you please suggest an alternate app. Also do these apps cancel the fake order after being made or do they prevent from the orders happening, as i am looking for the latter.
@@ecomhardy Fraud control is not compatible with my store. Any thoughts on Blockify? It seems good, but i haven't understood if these apps cancel order after receiving or prevent orders from being made. Thank you

You can set the rules on fraud control app.
