just found your peg hunting video today, nice finds. hopefully I can find those interesting castings here, porsche safari, 935, and also bugatti bolide are on my list now.
1.69 pound sterling...that's expensive. Here in the states we can get them for around 0.80 sterling...even 0.50 pound sterling in some places when they have a BOGOF sale.
It can get very expensive over here mate, in our Supermarkets (Like Walmart) they cost £2.20 + The cheapest I've found is Poundland £1.50 or a 3 for 2 deal in The Entertainer. I can only guess its due to importing? But we get the international short card cases. Ill have to go travelling in the states and grab some good deals! haha
@@TheWheelCollector yeah...but i figured of they make them in Malaysia or thailand they could just ship directly to Europe. Even the packaging is smaller in Europe. I actually prefer the smaller packaging since i find it tends to damage less and I'm able to store them more easily. But if you ever come to the states try buying them from grocery stores...they usually have the best deals.
Great finds bro, found the tooned Volkswagen TH myself a couple weeks ago at my local grocery store almost passed it up if didn't take a second look and got the Madfast TH also yesterday too
I did that on a hunt with the Madfast myself 🥲 literally went home watched my footage back editing it and... there it was just passed it up not thinking 😂 hold my hands up if it's not in my mind at the time I'm gonna miss it. The tooned VW is a beauty though Gratz mate 🎉
Sadly Germany is a bit stuck here with the case with the Bugatti Bolide, etc. in it. I've been looking day after day after work in the stores, no luck yet. Awesome to see you find them man! Cheers

Like the comment about the short wheel base on the Defender mate. it was a Defender 90 which is the shortest wheel base they made. It means 90" between the front and back wheels. They also did 100 and 110.

I been smyths A few times got sum from there got 1 what had catwomen on the card, I got one from a all sorts second hand place a old tooned V.W Bug what had a J on the back of the pack for a bluey that's the most I've sent on 1 so for- but 2day was a lot I think I got a bit carried away hahaha I'm gonna need a bigger storage box for my doubles and singles I want some haulers for my opened ones as well 😅
Always buy 3, one to open, one to stay on card, and one to give to another collector who can't find it. It will make you feel good to be a positive part of the die-cast collector community. Just saying. CAMERON.
Just looked into this now and it was a 2008 casting! How have electric cars been around for that long? Tesla apparently been operating since 2003!? in the UK I had not seen a tesla on the road till about 2019 😂 crazy stuff but yea still its a nice casting in bright orange too

Idk if u collect the matchbox cars but u missed the Charger 500 and I think ford F150 or Dodge ram there 70th anniversary versions ik I'm commenting in a video that us 8months old

and 130. 90 wasn't the shortest though, the series land rovers were 88''

I’m currently missing the Porsche 935, Bugatti Bolide, Porsche 928s Safari and Lamborghini Reventón from N case.
I wish you all the luck hopefully one of us gets lucky and finds the 935 ! A collector can dream!
