Truly overwhelmed by your kind words! Here's a little context about the song ...
The song is an old one that used to be sung in my village (and many others) when the youths gathered. It was the trending break-up song of the time. The song echoes the voice of a pitiful lass whose beloved has left her in an unexpected turn(she thinks it's simply because she's just not enough for him). It's about trying to accept the reality of the end of a beautiful love story and struggling to move on while wishing the best for her now ex lover. I especially like the last verse which goes something like...
"Maybe I was not enough for you ... I hope you find the one you're looking for ... Dear Mr. Picky-Choice (the literal translation sounds like 'picky choice' to me)😂😂"
I hope you enjoy the song as it takes you back to a time when people conversed in songs and letters and 'fake love' and 'red flags' did not make sense😂
