Main thing I learned about putting bikes in boxes was to do up any bolts snug so they don't rattle loose in the box during shipping and fall thru a gap in the box. I often travel with a little rag and some rubber gloves if I don't want to get too greasy. Or I just give my bike a clean before taking it apart. Just an old rag and wipe off the dirt and grime.
Hi Katie ,going back to your first vidios on u tube , and wanted to know if you have ever seen a similar thing to the Adelaide bike kitchen in the uk ? What a great idea ! Was it a charity? And if not how did they fund it ? Btw I think your progress and where you are now is so fantastic 🙂
Kia ora. Personally I try to take the handle bars off the stem instead of stem off steerer tube - this way you don't have to fiddle around with the pre-load on the headset again and the steerer isn't lose in case the box gets thrown around. That's just me.. great video though, wish we had something like this where I live.
Go to Ipswich Cycling Association and set one up. Tell them about Adelaide's and surely there will be some men and women who love to show others a thing or two ;)
This Video was today suggested to me. Definitely something from the time capsule. It shows how professional you are today.

The Bike a Kitchen is such a great idea. I wish we had something like that here in Florida, USA
But you do have great oranges - fair trade I'd say ;)

Man I wish I had this near me, that's an awesome place!!
I like the Australian inflections on your accent, Aussie black country 😘👍🏻
