HP% is actually better for c2 Neuvi's and higher, but for the current Neuvi leaderboards, crit circlet builds have a massive advantage since it's calculated as c0/c1. To be number 1 despite that, is a massive feat to achieve.

I checked Akasha out of curiosity and was shocked to find out that my Zhongli is ranked 407th in the top 1%. Meanwhile my most invested and favorite character Raiden is only top 7% and it made me sad...😔
