You first draw the neckline on tracing paper and keep the design down and trace the design. You have to adjust it according to your neck size

Can we use silk thread for hand embroidery. When I used it threads are breaking after wash

Yes we can use silk thread. But we have to be careful while washing. Do gentle wash.
