looking back at stayc's performances, i've noticed there's something about Sumin's dance that feels slightly different than the other members. She has really good techniques with her moves, it feels almost powerful if thats a way to describe it. Isa or Sieun can be the leads, they are pretty good as well.

I feel like in most kpop groups, main vocals try their hardest in dancing. Like you can see how they give 110% on their dancing while performing. For example, Jihyo from Twice and Rosé from Blackpink
I feel like most main vocals aren't as bad dancers are people think they are. They have great understanding of music, and this helps them understand counts/timing with more ease (I think). Chuu from Loona is another good example of a vocalist giving their all in dancing, she gave great performances of Paint the Town :)
Sumin is wrecking bias this comeback. She looks pretty with bangs, lover her black hair, and probably that made me notice she dances the best imo. And also imo she's the healthiest body looking in the group.

Actually as a dancer here, I think Yoon also have the potential to be the main dancer because her moves are detailed, strong yet not exaggerated + the fact that she's tall it's hard to execute dance moves with long limbs and etc. And I think she will improve as the time goes by, and also Sumin can also be the main dancer and all the others can all pass to be a lead dancer.
potential lead dancer? Yes. Main dancer? I don't think so. Most of the reasons you said, the members possessed it too. She do have great lines (most of them are) despite her height. If she's a main dancer material then I guess she needs to work on a lot of things like building her own technique, dynamics, overall body control, learn more elements to add more variety in dancing etc.
