Ground floor the rooms are normal size standard at least compared with the roof top floor plan. But living on ground floor plan open like this. You still losing some privacy because people living so close to each other, if you make some noise little bit. Everybody can listen what you talk about through their windows. Still not comfortable without any noise prevention. What a price to living in Hong Kong. 😅
Thank u for your comments. I agreed because this is very strange on the room size especially on the top floor which compare with the ground . If compare with the price , I will prefer to buy the ground with a large garden at a low price.

我同意間隔方面跟分層不同，原因其實好簡單，原來呢度係有好多《高手》
地下平台花園層，圍牆太高 (如果牆外係公眾大街才應該咁高)；雖然重私隱有餘，却無法欣賞園內專家設計的靚景，好可惜！賣不出去，必有原因！！！
圍牆就因人而異，通常住地下有自己花園，冇乜特別景觀，所以有前後花園，相反天台面積會比較細，有景觀，分別係呢度。
