For numbers 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s, how do you know which direction you're supposed to go to. Like, right-to-left or left-to-right?
The first number determines the direction.
If the first number is closer: move left
If the first number is further: move right
Ex: 67…6 is further so right-to-left
Ex: 76…7 is closer so left-to-right

Signing 1thousand looks like the sign for “again” , how do they differ?
The signs are almost identical.
First sign #1 then thousand.
The sign “Again” does not use #1
Is is normal the stress that signing puts on someone hands or I'm i doing it wrong ?
When learning how to sign numbers and the alphabet, it can feel uncomfortable. Keep practicing and eventually your hands will get use to it.
Relax and take your time. Practice every time you see a number, the pain will eventually subside

I'm trying to teach myself sign language. I'm left handed, does it matter which hand I use to either sign numbers or Fingerspell something? I couldn't find an answer to this question yet, so I thought I could ask here. I only ever see people Fingerspell with their right hand.
No it doesn’t really matter. If you look at my videos, I often use the phrases, “Dominant & Non-dominant 🤚 hand.”
