ok, nice review. FlySky is good receiver for RC hobby exactly for PWM connection with servo for Boat, trucks. I flying only FPV racing drones and for me is ExpressLRS the best choice. And many manufacur have ELRS radio and BetaFPV have the ELRS receivers with 6xPWM output. ANd next ELRS 3 verion support 10xPWM output.

Do you have a video on how to assign a Switch to Rate/Curve and Throttle Curve please?
Throttle Hold has a line to assign a switch but the other two functions do not.
Using Conditions is not a suitable solution as Condition 3 negates Condition 2.
Be nice if you could bind the 2nd rx like the fsi6

Its for set the switches position , up its On or Up its off and viceverse example ;
Switch Throttle hold ,
can be up (off)
can be down (On)

Hello.i got this remote with my escavator. It has a 12 channel receiver. Was trying to hook up more lights since they are not very bright. Was wondering if you had an idea where i could plug the new lights in. Reciever looks full. I have the k961 100 escavator. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks

Really nice looking radio but do I really want to learn how to set this up. Plus I am pretty sure all my i6x receivers will not work. PS: what is that servo for? It looks huge!
The programming is different that the FS-i6 but not hard. the FS-i6 receivers will not work.

No. Only works with FS-i6 or FS-i6x with the 6 channel ia6 receivers

Can't use the older receivers, in fact the receiver it comes with is the only one that will work - new protocal.
To use on trucks do you have to change the throttle gimbal to center? Or can it be used as is?
You have to change it.
Can you use this for onroad rc's?.... I'm an old school I've been researching different transmitters.... I miss racing my cars with this type of transmitter, like when I was a kid....
You certainly could use this with your on road cars.
Hi there. I noticed your tx battery was at 5.8 volts but the top right hand battery indicator shows nearly full. I have a 2s lipo in mine reading 7.7 volts but the battery indicator shows only half . Are you using AA batteries during this vid
Yes, using AA Batteries.
Have you heard if this on is hackable/flashable like the GT3b? I image a lot of them are but didn’t know if you’ve heard anything.

I have a few questions, I'm about to start building my Tamiya Mercedes Actros 3363 and looking for a transmitter, I was considering the FS-i6x but now I see this and want to honestly know if it is worth the purchase. Another question, in the video you stated you would assign the horn to one of the buttons on the back of the transmitter, is that hard to do, and would I need a 10 ch. receiver? does the manual tell you how to bind 2 receivers because I would like to install lights in a trailer once I purchase it? the biggest question I have is can I completely customize how my transmitter is programmed? some of the programming I see you use I will keep but some I would want to change since this FS-ST8 has more nobs to use. thanks
The programming for a push button horn requires a mix to the button channel. Not to hard. I do plan to show that in an upcoming video. You can't bind 2 receivers at the same time with this radio.
@@HobbyconceptsLLC I was able to read the manual for this transmitter and it says it can. the transmitter can be either two-way binding or one-way binding, if I read it correctly the transmitter is already set to two-way binding but if you change it to one-way binding then you may be able to have more than one receiver. can you confirm this if the setting is changed to one-way binding, I would really like to wirelessly control the trailer lights.

Can this radio FS read the battery li po voltage when the voltage is low Or just bind🙄
To read lipo voltage you need a separate remote sensor but it will do it

How do you connect the gps module for it.
"Sens" port on the receiver that comes with the Tx. GPS module seems to have to be mounted flat on the plane with the arrow pointing forward.
Hey Bob, gotta question... I am attempting to program my RadioLink RC6GS 6Channel Radio to my Grand Hauler. My issue is my radio talking to my MFC-01. I have played with the programming button to no avail. I can get the throttle and blinker sound to work correctly, but thats about it. If this is possible please point me in the direction of the video, PDF etc. If anyone knows how to help me on this it's gonna be you. Thanks for your help.
There is a reason I only use stick radios in trucks. I have never had luck with getting any to work correctly with an MFC.

Yes it works fine with Tamiya MFC units.

The picture is an excavator but will work well for loader or dozer (or a tank).

Yes
prefer the looks and styling of the older FSi6. Too gimicky for me,the lit gimbal surrunds/pots a definate joke.

@@HobbyconceptsLLC apparently to use receivers that are in AFHDS 2A you have to put the FLYSKY FS-RM003 module because otherwise you would have to change all the receivers on our old models, they did things right...

Hey Bob... Does the 10 channels work in i-Bus?
I decodes automatically in SBUS with the Beier. To get 10 channels standard the transmitter is easy but the receiver requires a separate part. I plan a vide on how to do that soon.
