    How long do you let it rise?

    • @battery714
      @battery714 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      About 30-45mins

    • @battery714

      Women in my family all taught us the same way they would say the same to get the most out of the yeast is to let it rise until it stops rising. Don’t cover the lid completely let it release air. Dough will rise again when you let it sit after you make the balls. Cover with a towel let it sit for another 20-30 minutes then poke it, seasoning, searing it with a knife, mist water don’t sprinkle ( I use a little spray bottle ) the other method is to put a small pot of a cup of water on the bottom rack in the oven it will steam and make a hard crust the same way. Baking is about 7-9 minutes how to check the bread is when it comes out flip it over and use a meat thermometer if it says over 180F you’re done. I prefer mine to be close to 190F let it cool and soften before serving. Hope this helps. Zdravo!
