    These are fantastic! I made them last night. Your tutorial helped me so much, I watched the video about 700 times during the process. Mine took a lot longer to cook down, but it was probably because my homemade beans had extra liquid. Thank you so much! 🥰

    I have eaten a lot of different tacos, gobernador, lengua, cabeza, pollo con crema poblana, pescado, al vapor / canesta, but have never heard of these. Very nice! ☺

    I'm looking for a pasta recipe. Not sure if it's considered sopa de conchas or ensalada de conchas but I just ate some yesterday with a delicious Mole de costillas de puerco and arroz Mexicano. Oh em gee....... delicious!!!

    I would love to find someone who cooks enchiladas the same as in Mexico my ex his sister would make them with a piece of chicken on the side also I want them so bad I believe the filling was potatoes they were delicious!!!!!!

    Your recipe makes A LOT of tacos. I cut the recipe in half and still made enough for 4+ dozen.
    Also need to note- careful with adding too much water and bean juice. Want to keep the filling thick. I had to simmer uncovered for 30 mins.
