    BAKING TIME AND TEMP: 180°C for 30-35 minutes
    Note: palamigin muna yung yema tart bago balutin😊
    ingredients
    500 grams cake flour (3 and 3/4 cups)
    1/3 cup powdered milk
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 cup butter (225 grams)
    2 pcs. large eggs
    1 kg/ 1000 ml. condensed milk
    1/2 cup butter
    WITH COSTING
    ingredients
    500 grams cake flour (3 and 3/4 cups)= 22.00
    1/3 cup powdered milk=6.00
    1/2 cup sugar=5.50
    1/2 tsp. salt= 0.10
    1 cup butter (225 grams)= 45.00
    2 pcs. large eggs=14.00
    -----------------------------------
    92.60
    1 kg/ 1000 ml. condensed milk= 85.00
    1/2 cup butter= 23.00
    -------------------------------------
    108.00
    92.60 + 108 = 200.60
    200 ÷ (yield) 37 = 5.40 cost of ingredients per piece
    you can sell for 10-12 pesos each
    12× 37= 444
    Include additional cost for packaging, baking, labor etc.

    Kung yong molds.mam na.maliit pa dyan mam..marami kasi ako ganoon..pang macaroons na size. Ilang grams ang dough at baking time.dahil maliit nga sya

    180*c 30-35 mins. masunog po! 25 mins dark brown ang labas, siguro mga 15 to 20mins. Lang.

      Baking store po usually nasa 7-9 pesos na siya ngayon. Meron din po nito online. Look for 3 or 3 1/2 oz. tart mould.
