So what does he do with it? He can't rule it since there is no people to rule over. You have the Eternal Father which from him came forth the Eternal Son and the Ruach ha-kodesh. They are known as Eternal however i say unto you that The Eternal Son and the Ruach Ha-Kodesh Serve the Eternal Father and Do as the Eternal Father asks them to do. They are ONE but are in submission to the Eternal Father. The Eternal Son was with the Eternal Father from the Beginning before the World was created. The Eternal Son was existing before time was created which means HE is separate from creation itself like the World, Universe, Malaika and the other spirits.
