    Here's a question! In the questions section one person asks for suggestions on focusing. The answer just gives information about multitasking. The professor says that there are a number of techniques but doesn't mention any. He just restates that multitasking is something one should avoid. What about situations where automatic thoughts and distractions literally invade our minds?

      Try mindfulness meditation techniques.

      Matej Pavlić Professor basically said to Focus, just avoid multitasking which we are so used to do nowadays!

    The sound gets so bad we can't hang in there...begins to ramble? will re--do with speakers.

    This is such a great knowledge. Too bad the teacher 's teaching style is very boring.
