Shoes serves many purpose. They protect and SHOULD provide our feet with a comfortable experience and makes us more fashionable! Finding the correct shoe size is incredibly important for keeping our feet healthy because poor fitted shoes will cause tones of different types of foot problems such as blisters, corns, bunions and more. So in today's video, I'm going to talk about 4 shoes tips to always get the right shoes size as well as what to look out for, for that PERFECT fit! Let's go!

I've been wearing converse since 1999, my size is 6. I just bought chuck 70' last week, I bought size 7 because the store didn't have size 6. I wore it for a few days, it's very comfortable from all star.. it doesn't feel loose but it looks a little big than usual 🤣 but it's ok.
Haha as long as it's not causing any blistering your feet buddy. I'm 5.9 with a size 10.5 feet, going anything bigger than that is going to make me look ridiculous 😂

when i buy shoes they fit but in the back they’re ALWAYS too lose and when i go a size down they’re still too loose in the back and too small in the front
There should be a little room at the back! If not it'll be a blister galore.

You can buy a padded insert for the inside back of the shoe that will take care of that. That’s what I do.

Good video man, defently helps. I agree with you when it comes to the sizing. In my case I’m a true size 9.5 but almost always I go for a 10, simply because I have wide feet and my toes have a little too much space in between each other. Plus I like to wear Nike shocks. The only down side is that my anckle area is small and if I put my index finger there I may have a little extra room but then if I go a half size down, my toes and mid foot area becomes really snug.
The same thing happens to me, so, which size I have to go for 26.3 cm or 27 cm.
Great information I can't tell how many times I've had to give shoes away because they fit smaller than shoe order sizes 🙄💡

I don't think measuring the width is a good test. Why not tell us how it should feel on the sides? How snug should it be on the inside of the widest part of the foot?
I got some Adidas Campus 00s and went with 11.5 as it felt like my toes were bending to fit in the 11.
The left fits amazing, but the right shoe rubs a bit below the left ankle.
Any advice?
Seems like a case of uneven feet. Go with the larger size. You don't want to cause unwanted pressure from small shoes on your right feet. That's a recipe for disaster in the long run.
Hello I got new shoes today, I got the size I usually am and it’s made out of leather in length it perfect and even has a little space but the width is a tiny bit tight, should I return it for a size up which was really big length size or should I keep it?? Keep in mind that I’m a teenager so my foot is still growing. So should I size up or keep it?? 🌟🌟
Heyy! Tough one - our feet only stop growing between 18-20 so it's subjective to how quickly your feet are going to grow.
I wouldn't be too concerned about the width as the leather will stretch out overtime. I'd keep em' if I were you tho.

@H b.34 The thing is, most of the shoes I like don't have a wide foot shaped toe box so I always take into consideration adding a half size allowance. Never had problems with my feet.

Hi great content as usual. My advice when doing the index finger test, it is better to have the shoe untied and move the foot forward. Otherwise, when a shoe is tied in such a way, even a larger shoe may seem too small. If we say how much space in front, let's pay attention to the general shape of the shoe and how our foot feels in it. In one model, 1 cm (half inch) may be too much in another, just right. I myself have 0,5cm in sneakers (3/8 inch) and evrything is ok . (It depends on whether the model is narrow or wider at the front) How much space in the front also depends on whether we have wide or narrow feet and how quickly they meet the front part of the shoe. And also i find Then in most cases when you put out shoe insole is always slightly longer than they say. For examples my foot have 26 cm lenght. I usually buy puma, nike or adidas with 26,5 insole lenght according what is white on shoe tongue. But when you put out insole almost always the lenght is A little bigger like 26, 8 cm or 26,7 cm.

My foot length is 26.5cm , and i have a wide foot , I bought air Jordan 1 size uk7.5(exactly 26.5cm) , I can feel my big toe touching the front of the shoe while walking. They are not uncomfortable tho.

I will have to agree with You on all of the tips, but I found that trying on Shoes during the day would be a better fit for You. Because if You were to try on Shoes later in the day after walking around and your feet swells up, for me it doesn't give You the actual true size of your feet.
My feet is 9.5-10 but I can wear 7.5-8 cleats (they are the same length)

Sizing differs brand to brand. Best is to try them on in-store! 😊

I'm on the fence about a pair of Adidas Campus 80s. My feet are EXACTLY 27.5 cm. Which would be 9.5 US on this particular model. I went ahead and bought a pair of 10 US (28 cm/jp) but my toes touch the front of the toebox?... Should I exchange them for 10.5US (28.5 cm/jp) or should I keep them? They're not totally uncomfortable but they're not super comfortable either... I hope you get to read this as I have a small window to return/exchange them.

@@theDapperVault I currently have 10 US. I was thinking of EXCHANGING them with the 10.5. the 10 are supposedly 28 cm long. The 10.5 logically is supposed to be 28.5 cm. My feet are 27.5. So you think I should keep the 10 (28 cm)? My toes are eight against the end of the toebox (not curled, but fully touching)

Hello there.My foot length is 22.9cm. Most of my shoes measures are 23.5 cm to 24 cm. But sometimes, I can also fit in 23 cm if it is in male or unisex shoes. I will buy my 1st pair of dr martens via online. As of now, I'm still deciding which size I should choose. I'm usually US 7 in most of my shoes but in dr martens, I'm US 6(24.2 cm or 9 1/2 inches). There US 7 (25.1) is too big for me. Even my older sister adviced me to size down to US 6 because US 7 is too loose to her feet. We have the same shoes size. Whenever she gives some of her shoes to me, they really fit on my feet. I think, it's also depends on toe shapes. Both of our feet have Egyptian shaped toes.
Sounds like Dr. Marten have a massive discrepancy with their sizes. If you really want the perfect fit and worried about the fit! Try them in-store and buy them in-store.

She told me that she should choose US 6 instead of US 7. We have the same FL amd FW. But anyway, I can also wear a 25 cm shoes with thick socks amd additional insoles even I'm just 4'10 hehe.

With Nike, i am 10.5 US while in Adidas it’s 11 US. A size 10.5 US Adidas feels more like a size 10 Nike for me.

Most guys are newbs when it comes to buying the right shoe size. I often see guys wearing shoes that are way too big. For example, Converse and Vans. If your're 37 eu size, then you should go for 36,5. Never size up newbs!
Hence, trying on shoes in store is the safest bet.
