रोहतांग पास परमिट एक ऐसा परमिट है, जो किसी व्यक्ति के लिए नहीं, बल्कि उस व्हीकल (bike, car, taxi, बस) वगैरह के लिए बनाया जाता है, जिससे आप लद्दाख ट्रीप पर जा रहे हैं। लद्दाख ट्रिप पर आप जितनेे भी व्हीकल लेकर जाएंगे, आपको सिर्फ उतने व्हीकल का परमिट बनवाना पड़ेगा। आप उस व्हीकल में कितने लोग जा रहे हैैं, उससे कोई मतलब नहीं है, क्योंकि यह परमिट सिर्फ आपके व्हीकल के लिए बनाया जाता है, व्यक्तियों के लिए नहीं। यदि आप दिल्ली से जम्मू-श्रीनगर वाला रूट पकड़कर लेह जाते हैं, तो आपको इस परमिट की कोई जरूरत नहीं पड़ेगी, क्योंकि इस परमिट की जरूरत आपको रोहतांग पास क्रॉस करने के साथ-साथ हिमाचल प्रदेश और लद्दाख के बॉर्डर पर पड़ती है और ये दोनों जगह दिल्ली से मनाली होते हुए लेह जाने वाले रूट में आता है। इस परमिट की जरूरत दिल्ली से जम्मू-श्रीनगर वाले रूट में नहीं, बल्कि दिल्ली से मनाली वाले रूट में पड़ती है। इसलिए अगर आप दिल्ली से मनाली होते हुए लेह जा रहे हैं, तभी आप इस परमिट को अपने साथ लेकर जाएं, वरना नहीं। सबसे पहली बार इस परमिट को हिमाचल प्रदेश और लद्दाख के बॉर्डर पर दिखानी पड़ती है। दूसरी बार इस परमिट को रोहतांग पास क्रॉस करने के पहले गुलाबा चेक-पोस्ट पर दिखानी पड़ती है और तीसरी बार इस परमिट को रोहतांग पास क्रॉस करने के बाद कोकसर में दिखानी पड़ती है। उसके बाद मुझे इस परमिट को कहीं पर भी दिखाने की जरूरत नहीं पड़ी थी। लद्दाख से वापस आते समय इस परमिट की कोइ जरूरत नहीं पड़ती है। इस परमिट की जरूरत सिर्फ और सिर्फ दिल्ली से मनाली होते हुए लेह जाने पर ही पड़ता है। वापस आप किसी भी रूट से आते हैं, तो आते समय आपको इस परमिट की जरूरत नहीं पड़ेगी। एक दिन में टोटल 1200 व्हीकल्स का रोहतांग पास परमिट बनाया जाता है, जिसमें 800 पेट्रोल व्हीकल और 400 डीजल व्हीकल होती हैं रोहतांग पास परमिट का वेबसाइट प्रतिदिन सुबह 10:00 बजे और शाम 04:00 बजे खुलता है। सुबह में 400 पेट्रोल व्हीकल और 200 डीजल व्हीकल का और शाम में भी इतने ही व्हीकल का परमिट बनाया जाता है एवं उसके बाद यह वेबसाइट बंद हो जाता है। परमिट को बनाने के दो तरीके हैं। तो आइए समझते हैं उन दोनों प्रक्रिया (process) के बारे में- इस परमिट को बनाने का पहला तरीका तो यह है कि आप इस परमिट को नीचे दिए गए लिंक से ऑनलाइन अप्लाई कर सकते हैं। rohtangpermits.nic.in यदि आप इस लिंक से इस परमिट को ऑनलाइन अप्लाई कर रहे हैं, तो इस लिंक पर क्लिक करने के बाद आपको बेयोंड (beyond) रोहतांग पास का ऑप्शन दिखाई देगा, जिसके पर क्लिक करके आप इस परमिट को आप ऑनलाइन अप्लाई कर सकते हैं। इस परमिट को ऑनलाइन अप्लाई करते समय आपको अपना एक आईडी प्रूफ (voter, pan, adhar etc.), वैलिड पॉल्यूशन सर्टिफिकेट (valid pollution certificate) और व्हीकल रजिस्ट्रेशन सर्टिफिकेट (vehicle registration certificate) की जरूरत पड़ेगी। रोहतांग पास परमिट के लिए आपको बाइक के लिए सिर्फ ₹50 और कार वगैरह के लिए ₹550 pay करना होगा। यह permit ladakh region permit (ILP) वाला परमिट जैसा नहीं है, क्योंकि उस परमिट को ऑनलाइन अप्लाई करने के बाद उस प्रिंट आउट पर आपको लेह के डी सी ऑफिस में जाकर सिग्नेचर और स्टांप लगवाना होता है, लेकिन इस परमिट के प्रिंट आउट पर आपको किसी की भी सिग्नेचर और स्टांप लगवाने की जरूरत नहीं पड़ती है। इस परमिट को ऑनलाइन अप्लाई करने के बाद उस प्रिंट आउट को आप डायरेक्ट किसी से बिना कुछ करवाए लद्दाख ले जा सकते हैं। दूसरा तरीका यह है कि आप इस परमिट को मनाली से भी बनवा सकते हैं। आप इस परमिट को खुद से online apply कर सकते हैं या किसी एजेंट के द्वारा 6 दिन पहले तक बनवा सकते हैं। अप्रैल-जून के बीच टूरिस्टों की संख्या बहुत ज्यादा बढ़ जाती है, जिसकी वजह से परमिट बनाना बहुत मुश्किल हो जाता है। अगर आप रोहतांग पास जाना चाहते हैं, तो आप रोहतांग पास परमिट पहले ही बनवा लें, वरना आपको काफी ज्यादा भीड़ का सामना करना पड़ सकता है और हो सकता है कि आपका परमिट भी समय पर ना बन पाए। तो मुझे पूरा विश्वास है कि यह जानकारी आपको अच्छी लगी होगी और अगर इस पोस्ट से रिलेटेड आपका कोई सवाल हो, तो आप हमें कमेंट बॉक्स में जरूर बताएं। जितना हो सके, तो मैं आपको जवाब देने की कोशिश जरूर करूंगा।

रोहतांग पास परमिट एक ऐसा परमिट है, जो किसी व्यक्ति के लिए नहीं, बल्कि उस व्हीकल (bike, car, taxi, बस) वगैरह के लिए बनाया जाता है, जिससे आप लद्दाख ट्रीप पर जा रहे हैं। लद्दाख ट्रिप पर आप जितनेे भी व्हीकल लेकर जाएंगे, आपको सिर्फ उतने व्हीकल का परमिट बनवाना पड़ेगा। आप उस व्हीकल में कितने लोग जा रहे हैैं, उससे कोई मतलब नहीं है, क्योंकि यह परमिट सिर्फ आपके व्हीकल के लिए बनाया जाता है, व्यक्तियों के लिए नहीं।
यदि आप दिल्ली से जम्मू-श्रीनगर वाला रूट पकड़कर लेह जाते हैं, तो आपको इस परमिट की कोई जरूरत नहीं पड़ेगी, क्योंकि इस परमिट की जरूरत आपको रोहतांग पास क्रॉस करने के साथ-साथ हिमाचल प्रदेश और लद्दाख के बॉर्डर पर पड़ती है और ये दोनों जगह दिल्ली से मनाली होते हुए लेह जाने वाले रूट में आता है।
इस परमिट की जरूरत दिल्ली से जम्मू-श्रीनगर वाले रूट में नहीं, बल्कि दिल्ली से मनाली वाले रूट में पड़ती है। इसलिए अगर आप दिल्ली से मनाली होते हुए लेह जा रहे हैं, तभी आप इस परमिट को अपने साथ लेकर जाएं, वरना नहीं।
सबसे पहली बार इस परमिट को हिमाचल प्रदेश और लद्दाख के बॉर्डर पर दिखानी पड़ती है। दूसरी बार इस परमिट को रोहतांग पास क्रॉस करने के पहले गुलाबा चेक-पोस्ट पर दिखानी पड़ती है और तीसरी बार इस परमिट को रोहतांग पास क्रॉस करने के बाद कोकसर में दिखानी पड़ती है। उसके बाद मुझे इस परमिट को कहीं पर भी दिखाने की जरूरत नहीं पड़ी थी।
लद्दाख से वापस आते समय इस परमिट की कोइ जरूरत नहीं पड़ती है। इस परमिट की जरूरत सिर्फ और सिर्फ दिल्ली से मनाली होते हुए लेह जाने पर ही पड़ता है। वापस आप किसी भी रूट से आते हैं, तो आते समय आपको इस परमिट की जरूरत नहीं पड़ेगी।
एक दिन में टोटल 1200 व्हीकल्स का रोहतांग पास परमिट बनाया जाता है, जिसमें 800 पेट्रोल व्हीकल और 400 डीजल व्हीकल होती हैं
रोहतांग पास परमिट का वेबसाइट प्रतिदिन सुबह 10:00 बजे और शाम 04:00 बजे खुलता है। सुबह में 400 पेट्रोल व्हीकल और 200 डीजल व्हीकल का और शाम में भी इतने ही व्हीकल का परमिट बनाया जाता है एवं उसके बाद यह वेबसाइट बंद हो जाता है।
परमिट को बनाने के दो तरीके हैं। तो आइए समझते हैं उन दोनों प्रक्रिया (process) के बारे में-
इस परमिट को बनाने का पहला तरीका तो यह है कि आप इस परमिट को नीचे दिए गए लिंक से ऑनलाइन अप्लाई कर सकते हैं।

यदि आप इस लिंक से इस परमिट को ऑनलाइन अप्लाई कर रहे हैं, तो इस लिंक पर क्लिक करने के बाद आपको बेयोंड (beyond) रोहतांग पास का ऑप्शन दिखाई देगा, जिसके पर क्लिक करके आप इस परमिट को आप ऑनलाइन अप्लाई कर सकते हैं।
इस परमिट को ऑनलाइन अप्लाई करते समय आपको अपना एक आईडी प्रूफ (voter, pan, adhar etc.), वैलिड पॉल्यूशन सर्टिफिकेट (valid pollution certificate) और व्हीकल रजिस्ट्रेशन सर्टिफिकेट (vehicle registration certificate) की जरूरत पड़ेगी। रोहतांग पास परमिट के लिए आपको बाइक के लिए सिर्फ ₹50 और कार वगैरह के लिए ₹550 pay करना होगा।
यह permit ladakh region permit (ILP) वाला परमिट जैसा नहीं है, क्योंकि उस परमिट को ऑनलाइन अप्लाई करने के बाद उस प्रिंट आउट पर आपको लेह के डी सी ऑफिस में जाकर सिग्नेचर और स्टांप लगवाना होता है, लेकिन इस परमिट के प्रिंट आउट पर आपको किसी की भी सिग्नेचर और स्टांप लगवाने की जरूरत नहीं पड़ती है। इस परमिट को ऑनलाइन अप्लाई करने के बाद उस प्रिंट आउट को आप डायरेक्ट किसी से बिना कुछ करवाए लद्दाख ले जा सकते हैं।
दूसरा तरीका यह है कि आप इस परमिट को मनाली से भी बनवा सकते हैं। आप इस परमिट को खुद से online apply कर सकते हैं या किसी एजेंट के द्वारा 6 दिन पहले तक बनवा सकते हैं।
अप्रैल-जून के बीच टूरिस्टों की संख्या बहुत ज्यादा बढ़ जाती है, जिसकी वजह से परमिट बनाना बहुत मुश्किल हो जाता है। अगर आप रोहतांग पास जाना चाहते हैं, तो आप रोहतांग पास परमिट पहले ही बनवा लें, वरना आपको काफी ज्यादा भीड़ का सामना करना पड़ सकता है और हो सकता है कि आपका परमिट भी समय पर ना बन पाए।

Yes ! Shimla & Manali are very safe destination to travel throughout the year. Even complete Himachal is very safe. So don't worry if you are traveling to Himachal.
I would suggest you to avoid bike ride if you have not driven bike at such places...as far as the roads are concern... Roads are good as being maintained by BRO... however u can expect some places to be really slippy due to the water coming from upside... However u need not to be really sad..

मार्च की शुरुआत में मौसम काफी ठंडा रहेगा (लगभग 15-16°C /2-3°C)। स्नो पॉइंट/गुलाबा में मार्च में ताजा बर्फबारी (snowfall) की उम्मीद की जा सकती है। सोलंग, गुलाबा/स्नोपॉइंट पर बर्फ की गतिविधियाँ ( snowfall activities ) कर सकते है । रोहतांग pass बंद रहेगा😍
😍यदि भाग्य आपका साथ देता है, तो इस बात की संभावना है कि आपको मनाली में Mid मार्च में या सोलंग या कोठी या गुलाबा जैसे ऊंचाई वाले स्थानों पर बर्फबारी (snowfall) देखने को मिल जायेगा । बर्फबारी के लिए मनाली में 25 दिसंबर से 15 मार्च के बीच कभी भी जा सकते हैं।
जनवरी और फरवरी के महीने में snowfall 100 percent पक्का है।
अप्रैल में आपको सोलांग घाटी में बर्फ नहीं मिलेगी लेकिन रोहतांग pass open हो जायेगा
