Fashionphile customer service is just as bad. They said they paid me for a bag. But I never received it. They basically said too bad we sent it and can’t resend it. So I basically gave them a bag for free. Luckily it was just an Alexander Wang bag. But after that I will never sell a bag again

this makes me not want to sell to anyone. you cannot trust anymore. i'm glad i never bought from them. ive bought from FP and Yoogis. i had one instance with FP, bought 3 different Chanel classic flaps medium black ghw during the lockdowns to compare which one i would keep. UPS admitted to losing 1. i called FP, they handled it all and refunded me my money. i was very impressed and happy how it all turned out.
Rebag made me pay shipping both ways too for a return but nothing was damaged so I thought that was fair according to their terms but something not as described is totally different!

So sorry you are going through this. What helped me get my bags back was filing with NY consumer protection the link is in my description and I will post it here too. Make sure to screen shot all the evidence you have to share with them what has happened.
After you file let Rebag know in an email and or their chat that you have no choice but to file with consumer protection service. When I did that they sent my two bags back fast

How to file your complaint with Consumer protection service. dos.ny.gov/consumer-protection
