It was a very good series. It started off as some little Tamagotchis and turned into a full-blown series. In the beginning it was just kind of jumping on the Pokemon bandwagon but it quickly became a unique series.
To be fair though, most other Digimon series are treated as stand-alones that don't directly connect to any other series. The only exceptions are the first two seasons of Digimon: Digital Monsters(known as Digimon Adventure and Digimon Adventure 02 in Japan), which are directly connected since the 2nd season is set in the same universe as the 1st, and takes places a few years later
Oddly enough, I think I would have Gatchmon, I do a lot of web searches. Either him or Roleplaymon, since all the games I have on my MyBoy app are RPGs.
I'd recommend looking into Japanese sellers that ship internationally like Hobby Link Japan or AmiAmi. They usually have stuff like this at much fairer prices

From the looks of things, you almost have all chips but a Scopemon Super Rare, all Premium Rare chips and Dokamon and Musimon. Pretty much, you can remedy almost everything with the Pairing Cover Sets, which have Dokamon and Musimon easy, as well as new chips. I presume there might be 4 sets, because I notice Shotmon as one of the startup animations, and I presume Cameramon appears as well, but I didn't see it yet...
Why cover multi-use QR codes? Can you post an imgur pic or something of the Dougamon virus QR code? I need it for the game. You can only get virus appmon through QR codes, and I'm trying to collect every virus appmon. I've got 3 right now to get Effecmon, Fakemon, and Uranosmon when the main game releases. Just need one more to keep a Dougamon. If you play the game, I can show you the QR of a Weathermon virus chip in return.
I hid the codes because they can only be scanned once by a phone, but I'll try to post images of the codes later now that I've scanned them to my phone

It's actually an intentional pattern for Seven Code Appmon Chips, as far as I can tell. Code 1 Mailmon has 111 and Code 2 Roleplaymon has 222, so I imagine the Code 3 chip with 333, then 444, etc.
