The problem is Rise's horn took away a lot of depth and skill Floor of the weapon so lots of its best players didn't like this version of the weapon .... soo less montages.
@@XEmiyaArcherX yeah, speedrunners like AmaDeus have silently quit HH and gone to other weapons or games. I am an old HH main and I cant play the new version for more than a couple hunts before I get bored.
Dear god Mikarai, you make it look EASY. I loved HH in World and in Rise it only got better and you play it as you were playing a ruthm game. It's a pleasure to watch.
How you make these montages in such a relatively short period of time is beyond me. Even if you used mods to keep track of all the monster tresholds, some moments in your vids would never occur to most players in their entire playtime. I have great respect for people who make weapon montages like these

I've been making those videos for years now so I have developed some methodologies and some reflexs over the years ahah I don't use mods to keep track of monsters thresholds though, I've tried once and didn't like it, it even slow me down as it distracts me and I prefer the dunks to be in the flow of the hunts
I always play without HUD, the only time I have the HUD on, is when I'm learning the weapons or discovering the monster for the first times. If I cart, it's not a big deal, I always have fortify in my set anyway ahah

@@nihanm1501 I was genuinely surprised by that working, with how small the window is for performance, because there's another disadvantage to it people forget about it, how you don't reposition with it unlike an evasion window roll, making it much harder to avoid longer attacks like these since you're only inching a tiny bit forward..
Great montage overall, but you do lose a couple of points in my book for not using one of the guitar-based Hunting Horns as your layered weapon while using an electric guitar-heavy song. This also made me realize just how much super and hyper armor this weapon's Silkbinds get. Pulling off those Earthshaker knockdowns on aerial foes is always a badass sight too. Edit: 0:13 - Knocking Risen Shagaru out of Frenzy mode with the first hit of Earthshaker, then knocking it out of Risen mode with the second hit was just...(chef's kiss)

If you are a corner dooter ON RISE you have to be a really bad player 😂. I smash every living thing in GU or Wold Iceborne with HH (solo).
