Morgan, you are an inspiration to young people. I have two daughters who just barely get by with their income and they work full time ( 40 hour per week ). When I started working it was easy to find a job paying very good wages where you always had enough money to afford a home, nice car and money to go on a good vacation. I feel bad for your generation as those opportunities are very hard to find. Instead of having it better than my generation it feels like your generation got the short end of the stick. I will have to show this to my girls. Great job and continued success!

It's super important for bloggers to stand firm on getting paid. I don't mind doing a sponsored social media shout out on a product sent to me that I genuinely love, but companies don't seem to respect or understand how much effort goes into a blog post. Great video! :) I personally don't like Her Campus because they require you to write according to their rules and I'm a bit against that. SoFab has been good and pretty easy money tbh if it fits your niche(s) ^_^

You know, I haven't really formed a solid opinion - I've been on Wordpress since day one (unless you count my embarrassing .blogspot blogs from high school haha) and when I started Wordpress was leaps and bounds better than Squarespace. I know for a fact, though, that Squarespace has made a ton of improvements and a lot of legit bloggers use the platform. When it comes to design people say that Squarespace is a lot easier so that's a huge plus for that platform - I love WordPress because of the plugins add a ton of extra functionality.
Okay cool thanks! Im currently on Squarespace and such but thinking of making the switch to Wordpress. Just a matter of making time to learn it all I suppose!

Hey! That is no longer an accurate number - I also have a full-time job so now I spend about 90 minutes a day working on the blog. I'd say 45 minutes are spent writing/researching, and the rest is divided into scheduling and interacting on social media and responding to emails! :)

I work for a beauty brand and my work would be cut in half if people would stop doing this so often. You dont get shit just because you ask for it. If you have nothing to offer a brand please stop asking for free stuff. We also dont have samples laying around for us to send to a 14 year old that just learned how to do eyeliner. We can also see if your followers are bought or not. Some have it and some dont, please be aware of what youre worth and be realistic before reaching to a brand. Just wanted to share !
