  • The City of Cape Town is continuing to plough billions of rand into infrastructure upgrades. The latest is an upgrade to the Potsdam Wastewater Treatment Works. This is a three-year project with hundreds of thousands of people north west of the city benefiting. It will also be good for the environment and will alleviate sewage spills and blockages. eNCA's Ayesha Ismail tells us more. Courtesy #DStv403

Tax payers have to fund this, through rates and taxes. Don't blacks keep shouting we want the land to be given to the state, and that blacks don't own land?
Tax payers already paying 80% taxes,do you even understand what it is you talking about? You don't want land to pay rates and taxes but you want services? Make it make sense
