Will heads rolls as a junior doctors' delegation is all set to go to the Nabanna to meet CM Mamata Banerjee? The health secretary, in an invite that has now surfaced online, has asked the protesting doctors to come meet the CM to present their demands, in their continuing fight for the justice for the RG Kar doctor raped and murdered over a month ago.

When Chief Justice India gives time limit for the Protesting Doctor. He ought to have also given same time limit for the govt to provide all the safety measures that are being demanded by the Doctors.
Strange that the CJI's judgement was lopsided. How could he order the jr. doctors to go back to work while giving an observation that the doctor's demands should also be met. But there was no time limit

Sounds like the CJI's is empertice with the TMC Gov. Which allowed another tongue twisting lawyer to hide the actual culprit. So it will go easy on the evil lady n not correct what is really wrong doing going on in there.

Why is there a delay in solving the case , sheer ineptitude of the Govt to solve the rape and brutal murder of the young doctor at the RG Kar Govt Hospital. There is so many politicking by various parties, instead of bringing the culprit to book, Why the CBI handling the case is very tardy , please see that justice is given at the earliest.
Law will take its own course. But, why none so keen n interested to account their roles who interfered with it?? Its no back seater. None of the stakeholders from administration to judiciary shown honest intention to take them to task.

The medical college under the principal created a hostile environment for the junior doctors. He, with the help of his lieutenants (which includes a few doctors), the local police authorities, officials from govt health department, presumably under the direction of the health minister made sure all the evidences are carefully destroyed. The CBI will now go round and round and make a fool of themselves. The Court will be helpless in the absence of credible conclusive proofs, the victim's life will go in vain. As for the huge corruption, extortion, and the threat culture prevailing in the medical colleges, there will be a few peripheral changes for a few months. Bengal will never ever be able to come out of the firm grip of corruption and exploitation perpetrated by the current political dispensation.

Surprisingly Supreme court asked doctors to stop one month's protest and join duty in 1 day....how they forgot to ask the govt to meet their demands in the same one day.
Why Supreme court forgot to make either police/heath administration/ District collector to be accountable if any security breach happens when doctors return back to work.

The West Bengal administration seems to have forgotten that doctors are among the most highly educated and capable people in the country. Because of an inept, corrupt and incapable administration, they are having to work in what can only be called a hideous environment with apalling working conditions that completely ignore prevention of sexual harrasment norms, and that completely ignore the need for security at the workplace (for patients as well). Yet these people will work for the public enduring 36 hour shifts while the king pins of the health mafia ride their big expensive cars and live in their villas. So, how did this come to be? It came to be not because of the cpm, or the brits or the moghuls, but because of the unbridled greed of the present incumbents. They are corrupt, incapable and they are running racket after racket. They should certainly be sacked (not held up by their suspenders). The present commissioner of police is the same person who mishandled the Kamdenu case, where a young girl was raped, murdered and burnt and there was no whodunnit. Perfect match with the present case and everybody knows why. So the educated and hardworking and sincere people protesting against this are lathicharged, teargassed, water cannoned, and stopped by 9 ft barricades. To add insult to injury, the cji of india 'orders' them to stop protesting without having followed through on any of the points raised in his first suo kapil hearing. The governor will spew a few shakespearean quotes and the central home ministry has completely forgotten that there is a remedy to the ills of West Bengal. Perhaps they will remember when they realise that the TMC is a local phenomenon. West Bengal can produce other and better home grown leaders, without the help of the TMC or the BJP. Yes, it will be rough but it will be done as the people are completely disillusioned with the present administration that has brought up one after another cases of corruption and complete lack of governance.

But in Kolkata rape and murder case he has not taken any action against either the West Bengal Police or Hospital people involved in the crime or the Mamta government who are also part of the crime along with the other two.
Hope, CJI Chandrachud comes clean in this case because he is dealing with Bengali society and the students and not spineless politicians of India and his own people from judiciary.

ALTHOUGH SUCH RELATIONS EXIST IN BJP- CHIEF MINISTERS, " THE INDI ALLIANCE CMS" SEEM TO BE "FULL OF THEMSELVES". MAMATA IS EXTREMELY ARROGANT, EXTREMELY NARROW-MINDED AND VERY RUDE - NOT ONLY WITH MODIJI BUT WITH ALL NATIONAL LEADERS! CJI is the only person responsible for such a situation. The Suo moto case of Nirvaya murder and rape case was started where the state government lawer failed and fumbled in so many points but the vertict was passed against the junior doctors who are fighting for justice.

1)seeing the death body being a doctors didn’t they suspect it was not a natural death?
2) without calling police and informing family and file complaints in a fast track why not ?
3) why lie to her family that she was sick and she had attempted suicide?
4)why many people were gathered and tempering the crime scene?
5) why and where are the CC videos?
6)where are those patients and their family, that night on duty doctors nurses GD staffs,guards,doctors and vice versas why not under questioning and investigation?
7) why not a proper death certificate in order to be filled up to perform the Autopsy? And if the cause of the death would have been mentioned-cause of the death to be determined after medicolegal autopsy?
